Description of the incident: after I heard what happened to Feweh I went to the discord to say 'free my mans feweh' and pinged him telling him I had his back. immediately spookydinug pinged me telling me to stop shitposting even though it was a sincere holler to my friend. Afterwards I head to the staff help channel and ask what I can do to help Feweh and he again calls me a shitposter for saying I can vouch for him. I tell him not to be rude because of rule 1 and in what I suppose was a spite of rage he banned me from the server.

How you would punish the accused: I would remove the ability for him to ban people at discretion and make him write an apology. I felt attacked by his comments since my intent wasn't to spam the conversation that was going on I was just trying to help my friend and this is what I get? really disgusting how I as a player am treated by a supposed staff member that must stay professional, volunteer or not. very sad. You were told to move the discussion to #shitposting where we'd been telling people to move the discussion all day. I'm not downplaying your report, you're making a report because you got banned for not doing what a staff member told you to. That's what happens in a moderated community, chief. Frankly, I'm advocating an in-game ban as well for this report.

I don't see him asking me to move the conversation to other channel anywhere in the screenshots so now you're just making stuff up to get me banned. What did I do now? insulting a staff member by complaining for getting banned for no reason and without a clear warning? why do you want me banned?

Everyone in Discord was being told that shitposting needed to go into the shitposting channel, rather than the general channel. Spooky asked you to stop doing so, and your first response was to say "[He]'s being a dick to [you]."

I fully agree with Slc's sentiments here. Trying to throw rules at staff and saying that they're being a dick isn't a defense, however it is an excellent way to get banned when you otherwise wouldn't. Had you not responded the way you did, and just did as asked without trying to argue the point over a public channel by calling the staff member a dick. I assure that you wouldn't have been banned.

I'm not a resolving party for ban appeals or staff reports, but I will say that I see nothing wrong with this ban.

First, you are making a report over a ban, instead of ban appeal
Second, your last post is pure forum-ban bait, that can potentially escalate to CM permaban

Discord ban is not being lifted and probably will never be at this point. You're getting a 7-day ban for staff disrespect. This is the only chance you're getting if you're going to be this toxic towards the staff. Any other cases of disrespect on this level is going to be met with a permaban.
