Description of the incident: A discussion between two community members resulted in some back and forth and eventually Heckenschutze came in with a racist comment. See evidence. Apparently this isn't the first situation of his racism in mchat or in OOC.

How you would punish the accused: Racism should be intolerable. At this point, no Caucasian in the community can feel that Hecken will judge them fairly or treat them with the same respect he would treat others. I would suggest he be banned from mchat and demodded at this point.

as a witness, especially after what happened to Feweh, I'd think any discrimination period should have 0 tolerance policy. We're all people trying to have fun shooting ayys and pretending we're space marines, cut the bullshit.

Further evidence. Only when called out via a staff report did he claim it was a joke.

No matter if it is racism, sexism, etc, overt actions like this harm the community.

I don't feel this is a racist complaint or that I (or anyone) should take offense, nor do the several staff and heads who talked about this once we saw it. There's a big difference between recent events and this.
