Ok first things first.
I understand you're annoyed but I messaged you regarding server rules being breached. You were VERY recently warned about this and even explained in-depth by the staff member why it wasn't allowed. You proceeded to debate the fact if you were in the wrong or not but irregardless you broke the rules by going down to the colony without aCO permission which I did check whilst investigating the complaint that was made.
Now when I spoke with you, you're attitude was pretty horrific and un-needed despite me re-iterating the fact that you CANNOT go down without permission. What followed was you making comments regarding myself only being a Trial Moderator and then proceeded to call me a cheeky asshole. You were banned from the server for 3 hours to take a timeout pretty much and also received a Job-Ban from Medical researcher for breaching going down to the planet again.
Honestly after reading this report, it is very clear to me that this is simply a rage report but irregardless its your right. In all honesty, your behaviour was bad and I wont condone it one bit so think carefully whilst you are offline and re-read the rules so you know them.

I've gone ahead and gotten the logs of your PM conversation so we can move this ahead.
You've been warned previously for going planetside as a researcher without authorization before. Given that, Mizari acted appropriately here especially when considering your response to his PMs being as argumentative and downright trollish as they are. As I've explained before, just because you are having fun does not mean that the mod cannot perform their function on the server. It is staff discretion whether or not to allow a bending of the rules to occur, not yours. I don't see any reason to punish Mizari in this instance.

I'm going to resolve this tonight, but I'm gonna leave a couple tidbitd of advice for you here.
1. Just because you're not breaking meta or powergaming rules doesn't mean you can't be banned for breaking other rules.
2. "Fuck him hard sideways" this immediately makes me not want to take you seriously at all.
3. I'm not a lawyer, but I am studying law, so I can tell you that keeping an administrative file of your poor behavior on our privately run non-governmentally regulated server is not fucking defamation.
4. This is the internet and you are not a public figure. I could say that I'm 90 percent sure that you're a talking platypus with a prosthetic leg that you lost in Nam, and it wouldn't be defamation.
5. Stop breaking the rules and you won't be banned.
I'll speak with the other managers and I will formally resolve this tonight.

Defamation is only used in regard to spoken statements. What you're thinking of is called Libel. Libel is similar in that it is the act of making an untrue written or broadcast statement bout another with the intent to damage their reputation.
So, if you're calling for a lawyer, you're going to need them to prove at least that 1) there was a broadcast of information by us, 2) that it was about you, 3) that the broadcast was without factual support, 4) that we had the intent to broadcast false information, and 5) that in doing so we harmed you/your reputation (in such a way that you can SHOW that you are harmed).
I would point out that 1) it is YOU who broadcasted your notes for public viewing, not us. We hold player notes privately for internal use unless otherwise requested by the person who the note is about (ban appeals). 2) You admit to a factual basis for at least the latest of those notes in this very thread. 3) As far as intent goes, we keep notes on everyone for the purpose of ensuring they are compliant with the rules of our game while they are on the game. We do this for the purpose of tracking those who consistently spoil the game for others so that we can be sure we're not unjustly removing people from it.
And probably the most important factor here, is damages. Assuming everything else were proven in your favor (good luck
) you'd still need to prove that 1) you were damaged in a way a court would give a fuck about (they won't give a fuck about the internet and your pretend identity on a videogame), and 2) that we were actually the cause of those damages. Our notes apply to the account name Rabeuji on some backwater internet free-ware known as BYOND. The reputation of the account Rabeuji doesn't exactly bear any influence on the reputation of the person who created it or uses it as no one from our staff knows who that free-account-creator is, or cares to know.But hey, I'm not a lawyer (yet).
Some fun, unrelated, facts; 1) Truth is an absolute defense to both libel and defamation. 2) Countersuit for Malicious/frivolous suits are justified when a case is brought wherein there is no basis in fact for an original suit, and most States have rules in place that allow for complaints against attorneys who support such cases wherein they can be directly punished/forced to pay for legal fees of the opposing party. And 3) this is a private, non-governmental server. You have no rights to be here, except that you're welcome to be here until you've worn that welcome out.
Onto your actual complaint. You admit to having broken rules in this very complaint. You broke a rule, and a moderator removed you for it. I see no basis in fact for your complaint as Mizari even by your own statements appears to have treated you with the utmost of respect. What's more, it appears to me by your own statements that Mizari applied both a proper time ban, and a proper job ban against you for the rules that were broken. I see no basis in fact for your complaint against Mizari and would not be in favor of any action being taken against them as a result of this complaint.
