Description of the incident: Giving a warning for an adminhelp request, these requests were none out of the ordinary and genuine. This can create a chilling effect on adminhelps.

Small translation of the adminhelp for those not familiar with the common slang: "Is anyone else having lag? Also does this codebase have an "Inflict Cancer" button for admins? If so can you SMASH that button on me, thanks."
So as you can see this request contains at least one genuine question regardless of the request after that. Issuing a warning for this feels like a wrong thing to do.
How you would punish the accused: Give the Trial Admin the mandatory bopping.

But my adminPM it also contains a serious question, and I have no clue about this codebase (because it is closed-source) if a warning like that goes on a permanent record.

And because I don't know if that warning goes on a permanent record, I'm stating that it could cause a chilling effect.

I’ve spent over a decade on the internet now, almost a decade and a half. I have never heard the term “feature presentation” used to describe lag. Seems to me like you’re either trolling, or trying to get an Admin in trouble for the most trite possible reason assuming your AHelp was even valid in the first place. Spoiler, your AHelp was 100% worth the warn

Mkay, I'm making the executive decision to step outside basic protocol for your ban. You're going to receive 3 days for the false staff report, and I'm going to add another day for placing a report during the round. Totaling 4 days.

Edit: Mkay, so it's been brought to my attention that this person does not speak English well and that yog has an inflict cancer button that he was asking about. That being said, this is still a pretty nonsensical staff report. So, I'm gonna be lenient and go ahead and just apply the 24 hour ban for making the report during an on-going round.
