Description of the incident: I was a survivor, and I brought up a cargo tug when I came up to the almayer because I knew no one would want to roleplay with me (even the CL ignored me). The CMP saw me and threatened me with arrest for not doing my job, as a scientist. I didn't see the CO yet, so I didn't have Almayer access even. Later, he tased and flashed me for riding my cargo tug, brought me into the brig, stripped me, and threatened me with brig time - but then let me go. By this point I did see the CO, but I still had no job. I wasn't doing anything with the tug illegal - I was just driving it around, trying to keep myself entertained as no one was interested in me.

The most I could see you charging someone for using a cargo tug when they aren't one of the staff of the almayer would be hooliganism, in this case there were only threats of charges and none actually applied. They were simply arrested, stripped in the brig and released without any actual feasible charges being applied or a sentence being set beside mentioning being disrespected. Marine law seems to have been outright ignored for this. They also wanted a survivor to do their respective job when there's not really a thing for them to respectively do which they can even bring up and complaining about the tug which was equipment brought up from the colony.

Their general behavior and mentions of actual cannibalism would be a clear enough violation of the roleplay guidelines of being of sound mind, as well as what them saying the doctorate was on the borderline of the no 18+ sexual content rule. With threatening strangling and the mentions executions on top of everything else, I don't think they would be able to suitably carry out the role of MP with what they had done. I would suggest at least a CMP and MP job ban for their actions here, they recommended an SO act insubordinately, threatened a colonist with death some times over, brigged said colonist without a charge, stripping and releasing them without a charge as well saying they bored them, as well as the references to actually fucking eating the colonist.

I'll also suggest a 1 or 3 day ban, a lot of what they said were just extremes and absurdity which I never really expect to see or to be repeated and which a strong rebuke should be deserved for. Saying they only drank blood or urine and asking whether they could amputate someone's arm and eating it among them, with the mention of the doctorate borderlining the 18+ sexual content rule as well.

I was a player witness as I was the CO this round, I was also in discord VC with Chowder at the time and he expressed his disdain for such a guy.

The dude was most certainly rubbing me the wrong way. I caught wind of the SO thing and was contemplating losing my whitelist to BE the man but I decided to wait until the player report like a good boi. So I let things happen because he was not a fucking my plans up majorly.

Right, so this seems like some low RP with no real justification. The police roles are expected to act with reasonable logic than that of just some PFC and they're clearly not showing they're capable of following up on Marine Law. They've also gotten four really shitty notes over the past two days... An MP and full command ban will be placed on Crent1933. These can be appealed on the forums though it's gonna take a lot of work to get these lifted. Failure to shape up will result in a permaban. Resolved - Job-bans placed due to player history.
