Your Character Name: Layla O'Braenain
Accused Byond Key(if known): X31stOverlord
Character Name: Zathar-Veraz
Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): 0700 CT 19/5/2018
What rule(s) were broken: Follow the Predator Code of Honour
Description of the incident: After being infected, I was walking back to the shuttle to go up for surgery when X31stOverlord opened fire, whilst cloaked, with a taser. I had not engaged or provoked them in any way whatsoever and was disabled without cause. After this, I was dragged for a long period of time before being dumped in a cell the pred had built, next to another marine. They followed by stripping me and putting me in a gladiator's armour just before the round ended.
Although a predator can cloak attack to disable or avoid dishonourable prey, they can't do to attack honourable prey. As I was captured with the intent of being thrown into a fight, I believe that I would be considered worthy prey and thus a cloak attack was wrong.
A note from Zathar's app: "...does this mean I will go around robusting marines and xenos alike with impunity? No. Zathar will choose his prey based on their strength...". I believe that a lone marine, despite not being visibly infected, would had not really been worthy prey for Zathar if they're supposedly selected on strength.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):

The attack

X31stOverlord's defence and also statement confirming the arena. I disagree with the idea that capturing someone to fight doesn't make them prey, but that's for you to decide/
How you would punish the accused:
If I've understood correctly and this was indeed an offense, I would prefer them either warned or punished in accordance with the rules depending on whether or not they apologise. If the application of the code is loose and it was acceptable for them to attack me whilst cloaked with intent to have me killed, then I would reluctantly withdraw the complaint.
