What rule(s) were broken: Rule 7, no griefing. It was kind of an improper escalation there.

Description of the incident: I was a SO and Rammstein as XO the aCO. Aliens boarded the ship and since it got dangerous, I told him he should call evacuation for the civilians. He told me "no evacuation from my ship" and told the civilians that they should grab guns and die together with him. I kept on trying to convince him that he should evacuate those civilians without success and finally tried to launch the evac order myself.
He logged off the console before I could reach it, so I was unable to launch the evac order. He stepped back in the command cube and finally, the evacuation was launched. I was happy, left the cube and he walked out right behind me. Then he just startet shooting me point-blank with his shotgun multiple times until I died, without saying a word.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Sadly none.

How you would punish the accused: Warning if first offense, job ban if not, or if notes warrant it.

To contribute to this as a witness, at briefing he ordered an SO to point blank shoot his own hand. Which while I found a little funny raises questions about his standard of play.

You must realize that evacuation was just getting cancelled, nobody was able to escape
And you were busy on the console instead of locking down CiC when the queen all by herself entered and then managed to walk right out, in my opinion you should've locked down CiC instead and killed her, then tried to evac

Alright, so it seems that I've landed myself into quite the pickle. But that's no worry. Now that I'm in court, I'll present the facts to the jury and hope for some level of understanding.

You see, Hans wanted to evacuate the civilian staff of the ship. But I say this; civilians are a fallacy. There is no such thing as a civilian, only an unarmed combatant. I wasn't going to tolerate any sort of cowardice. So I declared that there were to be no evacuations. But Hans did not relent! His comrades fought on with nothing short of bravery and valor, but he wanted to evacuate!

It was anarchy. We were in the midst of battle. I had to think fast. So, being the brilliant, level headed tactician that I irrefutably am, I took my shotgun and blew his head off as the xenos were charging in for his cowardice. Sure, I know executive officers aren't allowed to do BE's. But there was only four minutes left! And I needed to put the man in his place. It's like I said two times during the round; if you have to eat shit, then do it in a heartbeat. And Hans didn't. He didn't eat the shit, so I force fed him instead. That is my argument. I was wrong anyway. I apologize.

@Hrotgar: Your action might have followed some kind of logic ICly, but regardless of the remaining minutes of an ongoing round it it is just plane rude to blow ones head off just because you feel like it, especially if there are rules against it. Everyone should have fun in this game. This was no fun.
