Description of the incident:
14:30 CST - 04.06.18.
The CMP says he needs a Blood sample for something. He takes the cuffed prisoner to medbay and says something about an "Unorthodox" way to solve the blood sample that is needed. He proceeds to shoot a handcuffed prisoner point-blank with a pistol to get his sample. Marine Law Broken: Assault with Deadly Weapon.

14:00 CST - 05.06.18
He neglected his duty as a CMP in ways such as not performing his job to an acceptable standard and failed the brig procedures:
He let a marine go 5 minutes earlier for behaving "Nice" in the brig.
He wanted a marine to have Repeat Offender charge added, That marine had no previous charges on his records.
He wanted me to only confiscate some contraband and did not want me to start an investigation when I found countless bottles of booze on the Normandy and said something about just "forgetting it" or such over the radio as well.

During code Red we had a couple of people try to prisonbreak from their cell. In the Middle of attempting to arrest the two, the CMP comes in screaming at me to lock them up and leave them behind. Instead of helping me sort it outs he leaves for SD immediately, therefore failing to protect the prisoners and yet again not following protocol.

As a victim and one of the prisoners,

I must say that the CMP was warned TWICE by VitorThauma, through Ares and through LOOC.

I would also like to add that he tazed me when i was not resisting

And that he spammed flash when he uncuffed me in the cell.

I told him multiple times that he is breaking the procedures and marine law but he responsed with "i wanted to be dramatic

After ARES threatened him with a provost marshall from High Command, he said that they couldn't arrest him. When pushed on the issue he said they "could, but won't." Charming individual. Handling it IC clearly didn't work.

On my end, he asked me to go with him to the brig, otherwise it would be resisting arrest. But he didn't explain that I was under arrest, nor did he go through any sort of arrest procedure, so I just left. Dude clearly has no idea what he's doing. The arrest WOULD have been lawful (I was a drunk pilot he finally noticed after doing it all round), except that he didn't go through procedure or even tell me I would be under arrest. Also at the time he was threatening me with arrest, I was sober.

[14:12:24]ADMIN: HELP: So about the CMP, I am not sure if he could be allowed to even play as a CMP. Mister Ahmed &#39;Mengele&#39; Al-Hasawe broke the procedure multiple times, VitorThauma warned him about it at the roundstart but he kept griefing. First of all, at the roundstart i was breaking into REQ because we had no REQ staff, he found me and i was fine with it. I was getting arrested. But he pulled out his tazer and shot me when i was not resisting. Then in the Brig he was flashing me multiple times after he uncuffed me and then he was not even watching me. When ARES announced that the Marshall will arrive to get rid of him he was acting scared and wierd. Later on i was arrested for theft, i stole a motion scanner and by that time Xenos hijacked Alamo, and according to marine Law MPs must protect the prisoners and the must let them go out at the maximum alert. CMP instead started shouting to keep us brigged and told the MPs to run away and let us die. You can ask Claymore Allister (MP) about it, he saw most of it. Thanks, - heard by 7 non-AFK admins.

This doesn't look good. The first situation he claims was accidental, but the context leaves no doubt that he was going to extract blood in an abusive way, even if the intent was not to shoot. After that, there were several procedure breaks even though he had been warned. I don't think this player is ready to play CMP at all and a job ban doesn't seem out of the question given what I've seen.

I can confirm Avalanche's situation. I was the XO of that round with my character "Evan DeWynter" After ARES warned the CMP an admin whispered me with that *Voice in your head says i must send a fax to highcom*

After the briefing i sent a fax to high com with complaint paperwork form, but sadly nothing happened, no response.

I was the Admin handling the situation. The CMP in fact broke the marine law, not once but multiple times during said round. At first I left it to be taken care of IC, but seems it didn't really work. If you are an MP, you must follow marine law.

Player will receive a job ban from CMP, as they clearly don't understand how it's made to be handled. MP will remain unlocked to hopefully prove themselves capable in the future. Resolved - CMP job-ban will be applied.
