Description of the incident: Essentially, this player decided that after being placed in an autodoc machine that he would role-play that his kidneys were removed, and thus after coming out of the Autodoc proceeded to attack a doctor, unknown name. I, not knowing that an admin had not been notified yet went to the medical bay to detain him, with there being no military police active. I attempted to detain him, and another individual, a synthetic Miranda refused to allow me to detain him and pushed and punched me. Miranda decided that she was above me, and then I pulled out my sidearm and tried to aim it her to prevent her from continuing to attack me, however I had set it to fire on the way down to the medical bay because I did not know that Lynn had been anestheticed. As a result, I fired a single round at Miranda and then was given a warning for intervening in something that should have been dealt with by the admins. I do not think that I should have been warned for trying to deal with something that I was ill equipped to deal with. I apologize for shooting the Synthetic, but it was unintentional and I do think the other players involved should be punished as well.

Hi, I was the Synthetic in question. You seem to have some errors in your recollection of the events that transpired.

You actually were disarmed when you attempted to put cuffs on a marine as an SO. You aren't an MP and are violating the arrest procedure in doing so, not only that but the individual was under anesthetics and no longer a threat to anyone due to some Mad Researcher's divine intervention.

You were never punched, or attacked. Simply pushed over when you tried to break roleplay guidelines, and also some marine law things. Then you pulled out your M3A4 and shot me, which I responded by disarming and unloading/throwing the gun away. You then just grabbed the marine and left. At this point you didn't seem interested in roleplaying or solving the situation ICly so I ahelped that you shot me.

I don't think I broke any of the rules, or any of the synthetic guidelines, but I will note you did go SSD in the brig without cryoing as a command role. Which is a job bannable offense. Thankfully, I took it upon myself to put you in cryo, to show there were no hard feelings. Evidently I was wrong, sorry you felt I was being a dick but I genuinely have everyones best interests in mind when I'm playing SS13. I want everyone to have fun.

I suppose that might be the case, and I see how from your point of view it may have seemed like those things, but I still don't think you should've prevented me from detaining the marine until a MP or admin could intervene, seeing as you were essentially doing the same thing but with medicine. I will say however, that I will be revoking my report against you, and leaving it just again Corbray. It was late, and I apologize for my behavior against you.

As a non-MP role you should not attempt to arrest/enforce marine law. Contact an MP and report anyone involved in a crime. If there are no MPs on ahelp and a mod+ will help handle the situation.

Hey, I was the Doctor (Victor Schwartz) playing that round who was attacked by Lynn Corbray.

What happened was Lynn was in the Auto-Doc for quite some time due to having either IMMENSE DAMAGE or being put in with Automatic Mode enabled and upon finally being let out she was role-playing that her organs had been taken away by the Auto-Doc, which I told her they were, jokingly, as her limbs and a few organs were replaced with prosthetic ones at which point she got into a small scuffle with me, disarming me to no avail, only to be pushed down and put into the Advanced Scanner by another Doctor while the MPs were called.

She eventually got out if it and pulled a knife, attacking me in the chest which caused the rest of the Medical Staff to disarm her and give me medical treatment until she pulled out a machete and hacked at my chest, breaking it and causing severe damage. We were role-playing her as mentally unstable/traumatized having lost a limb and organs so it was fine, called her a monster and told her she had no organs all along as she was lacking a heart.

After I was put into the Auto-Doc for treatment and came out feeling dandy, I went west after hearing a gunshot, which was you shooting Miranda in the head with your pistol because she attempted to keep you from arresting Lynn as it was not your duty IC-ly and was breaking Marine Law. You had no damage done to you in the slightest, afterwards I do not know what happened.

Have to defend Lynn as she didn't do anything wrong other than harming me, a civilian, but she was being treated as mentally unstable/traumatized so I had no issue with it.

Alright, some of the logs are not necessary for this report as they pertain to the report filed against Driecg36 but I was in the process of pulling them all anyway, will probably use those for the other report.

As for Lynn: The whole situation was mismanaged on her half just so much as shooting at the Synth was your error. Given her actions I would recommend a warning for improper escalation and failure to abide by RP Rules on the server:

All MARINES are able-bodied. All Humans assigned to the Almayer are of Sound-Mind. (Meaning, there are no crippled marines on roundstart, and none of the ships crew at all have any mental issues that would cause them to act crazy or unreasonable at roundstart).

It says roundstart there, but I'm in the mind that a combat-prone marine is more than likely going to spend time in the medbay and knows that the doctors aren't there extracting organs and what not.

My opinion is that Lynn should be given a warning and not a ban, she is clean on notes and has no history of this, but that is for the heads to decide.
