Description of the incident:
I was Dante ''Cookie'' Biscotti, I disguised as a Colonist (was a delta marine) and then went groundside for a long while t'ill we got forced to retreat, once I was back I went into medbay and started healing myself, then Jamison said: Dante! and then a red text log appears"Jameson Addison fires the taser!" or something like that, we were still inside medbay there was no need to do so also cause I was standing still, then another MP joined and once I saw the red text log I started moving around while trying to type out Stop! once I said Stop, he continued to shoot me with his taser plus the other MP did, I ran away from 'em t'ill I went to the Liaison and told him to ask why they're shooting me or something like that, then the CMP appeared and started to shoot me I stopped for a second and told her to Stop but she did not! and contienued to shoot me t'ill she hit me, once she got me to brig, she told me I was under arrest for "TRESSPASSING" (nowhere, cause I've not tresspassed once) "DISRESPECT" cause when I told her to stop, I asked her if she was deaf that she did not hear me yelling STOP twice! and then for Resisting arrest even if no one told me to stop or anything in the first place, but "I" told 'em to stop but they never did! also when I told Jamison why he started shooting me randomly, he just ran away, as if he was "guilty".

How you would punish the accused:
Tell him to stop with this shooting people randomly just cause they're wanted, he really ruined the match for me and as far as I'm aware it's not been the first time.

Judging by what you’re saying, the only wrong thing Jameson did was slip up on the arresting procedure. After that, you fled while they were trying to arrest you which is the very definition of resisting arrest which means that the CMP was in the clear. Gonna need the logs however to see the full situation however.

Well, if were disguised as an unknown colonist. Of course you'd be shot with a taser, youre on what is essentially a military force base.

Why were you dressed up as a colonist anyway?

Regardless, the rest of the charges are based off the logs so we have to wait.

The charges here don't matter too much, main concern is the arrests but the charges seem fine. MxB can be warned about following arrest procedure here at least, since they weren't informing people of the arrest before stunning. There's the other issue of you taking something to looc and dressing up as a colonist here as well though.

I had my own Colonist ID plus my original dogtag, it was Dante Biscotti (Colonist), so I wasn't "Unknown" also had no weapons on me or anything.
Anyway indeed, he should've followed the procedure, that's the only thing.
Anyway We spoke about something IC in LOOC but our IC interactions did not change and whatever I said in LOOC they already knew it IC.
(Tho I shouldn't have used LOOC for that)

Also the thing about the guy that said for Assault and Tresspassing, he was a researcher.. I took his machete but then I gave it back... also I've never assaulted him, it's not relevant tho.

We'll apply a note to the player but not punishments will be given. This is a minor and the player has no past notes on MP.
