Description of the incident: I first encountered him when he ran away while handcuffed from an MP, I stopped him and put him for various reported offenses into a cell for 25 minutes. He seemed a bit mad but I shrugged it off. Then after he was released I was just standing south of the alamo landing pad on the almayer and he walks up to me and my patrol buddy and just roasts me with blue flames for no reason. He then gets killed in a shoot out and goes DNR. Now I wouldn't have reported this and played as off as IC issue (With very bad RP/nearly non existent RP tho) if 1) he wouldnt have gone DNR after getting killed and 2) another incident wouldnt have happend to me right afterwards.
