What rule(s) were broken:

Trolling, using different language than English in the chat. Lack of cooperation and finally ignoring orders and requests to cooperate.

Description of the incident:

Through entire OP Tank Crewman Daniel Dickson ended up ignoring any attempts to communicate with fellow Tank Crew, including proposed ideas for tank load out, position placement...not firing during the combat and finally nearly resulting in loss of the tank.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):

I couldn't drag the actual piece of non-english messages from chat logs. But for good portion of the round Daniel was either unresponsive or doing his own things.

How you would punish the accused:

Job Ban from Tank Crewman, I really don't wish for anyone to go through same hell I went with this person...

Also Daniel is a known baldie.
I don't think he is griefing on purpose.

It was dropped at the end of the round where Aliens already were rampaging and killing off the stragglers on the ship, he did it on purpose. Believe me when I say it, I had to go through the tortures with him.

Daniel is a known Baldie and he is not english.

I would probably remove him from command roles.

Daniel Dicsons Ckey is BlackCrystall, he has a less than stellar note history as well. I was moderating this round and i had to warn Daniel to speak english, and i suggested that he should listen to his fellow TC when which he responded with 'okey'

Heard a fair few complaints from the other TC in both Ahelp and Pray regarding Daniel, i wouldn't be against a job ban from TC due to his actions, if only to force him to explain himself on the forums.

Considering his note history he is, at the minimum extremely bald, at worst deliberately and malicious shitty.

Daniel seems to soft grief even if you do consider him a "baldie". I saw that round, he was god awful. I've played other rounds with him as well and it was much of the same.

He hasn't been punished for anything wrong that he has done as far as I can see and he has broken a lot of rules. I honestly think he should be banned. Even if he is foreign, he doesn't show any intention to learn/better himself in the game.

His earliest note history starts at the 9th of june, that's just under 20 days he's been here and it doesn't appear that he's improved, at all.

Honestly it is looking like a ban might be in order.

I mean to post here as a character witness to the round mentioned. Same thing as in the previous round. Tank was unable to work properly because of them. Two rounds in a row.

The guy honestly has no idea how to do anything and they don't really understand much English and also doesn't show any real will to learn. I've seen him play SO as well when I've been an XO. Guy gave zero responses as he went into req and getting random gear before heading out planetside silently. In another occasion during an Ice round where Patton Moore was CO, he made an all access ID with the description "BIG RUISSA BOSS" and insisting on permission to head planetside. He got battlefield executed eventually, but in all honesty the guy has no idea how things work around here.

Every round I've ever seen with Daniel Dickson has resulted in the tank being useless or doing little to nothing - even so bad as to require the CMP to arrest him for being so awful and disobeying orders. He was so useless one round I was MP that the entire MP force was dedicated to tracking him down since the other TC couldn't find him.

In another round (I believe it was him) purchased two HPR instead of tank parts, leading to the XO refusing them more tank components since it was such a wastage of points.

Someone being bad at a role isn't something we punish as long as the person is doing their best to work with you. That said, given this person seems to have a history with seemly not taking any of their roles seriously. The reported player is not getting any current bans but will be on watch for LRP/failure to attempt their role properly. Should they not take more important/teamwork centric roles seriously in the future, they will start to be banned from them.

Resolved - Reported player will be on watch for future refusals to cooperate with their team, and risks job-bans should they refuse.
