From reading the logs it was not ruled prevication for the any arrest but for the order. (Perhaps close to an njp as order.) Going down to the fob to defend it is not normaly inside mp duties.

Recently an issue arose from an commander ordering a cmp to clean a prep room. After that njp's definition has been changed.

This is why both parties might have considered them to be right in this scenario. Sending mp's down to the fob is not what their duties (normaly) contained. And needed special permission during the old rules.

It seems to be miscommunication and assumptions that brought us here.

Sorry - You don't get to arrest anyone you want because they gave you an order you objectively viewed as an NJP. Especially when it is a superior. MP's aren't this untouchable God-force that gets to choose whatever they do, whenever they do. (Well, technically they are pretty close right now, as evidenced here, but that looks to be getting examined) As far as normality? I can't remember a round in the recent past where I haven't seen MP's tazering near the front lines, using tear gas, etc, all way PAST the FOB.

The cmp does outrank the co is matters of marine law. This has always included rulings on matters of marine law. (I have no issues with that changing.)
The provost even said it could be.
Arresting marines is their job. Defending the fob is not in my opinion.

The insults are also not because of this one incident the ds likely is not either but I cannot say that. It is an issue that has its roots in previous issues some staff members had with you. And in my opinion something that should be dealt with but you should have never seen either. (The leaker could use proper channels and report it to a manager.)

Player Report was closed by EmeraldBlood. Both are to be resolved here. The Staff Report was not merely for what I believed to be an Aheal, but the CMP unlawful arrest, Provost unlawful arrest, and the Insults/Death Squad.

You didn't seem to mind me saying it in the past, I've said it a lot, pleeeenty of people will be able to attest for it because I've always tended to stick up for you, hell, I even said it in a previous Staff report - 18 Jun 2018, 15:56 on the thread "Staff Report: Solarmare" where I called you a good mate, or even the same day as THIS very report ...but it must have been me playing the long game, seeing this day coming and preparing for this very thread.

Also note that it seems like my summary of the incident in my previous post was inaccurate, so "conspiring" may have been too harsh of a word, but we most certainly have a problem on our side that needs to be rectified. I'm going to leave it with my Managers to decide.
