Approximate time and date of the incident (Central Us Time for best results): Round was during 02:43 GMT (no idea what time it started) at 15/07/2018 if you want to check logs

Which Staff Protocols (http://cm-ss13.com/viewtop ... =57&t=5647) were broken: Looks like all of them given I received 0 actual response from them and my round was damn near ruined

Description of the incident: I got arrested for firing outside of the range, fair enough. I get 15 minutes, ok. I hit the reinforced window with my shoes, the sec officer gives me 30 minutes. I hit the window again and get an hour, I think to myself "Fuck it that's basically permanent, it can't get worse" so I hit it again and then get put in actual perma. Even the 30 minutes is a round ruiner, 60 is awful. For a server that prioritises fun that wasn't very fun. Additionally a CE came along to perma and told me that crimes don't stack like that so my complaint is legitimate and should not have been marked as just "guilty" a couple times.

I ahelped the issue of me being permad as I believe the sentencing was unfair, 2 times I was just given guilty with no discussion. The next ahelps were ignored completely until a MENTOR talked to me, a mentor did more work than the moderators at the time.

A moderator then proceeded to mute me from ahelp. I didn't receive a single written message from a moderator for a legitimate issue, it took the chief engineer coming along to explain marine law to the Chief MP for me to get free after being held. I believe that since I didn't damage any other player's round, and that the MP were in the wrong that giving me no actual response and muting me was not something that they should have done. Should I have sent so many ahelps? Maybe not. Should they have answered at least one ahelp? Probably.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): No idea how I can give evidence for a lack of response

How you would punish the accused: A warning, it's just one incident no need to flip too much shit over it.

Hi there! I was the MP that arrested you. I wasn't the one who stacked the charges but basically what you did was deemed attempted escape or whatever by the Alberto MP, and the CMP agreed so he doubled your time. you did it again and he doubled it again, to which it became an hour sentence. at that point the CMP ordered you to perma since your charges exceeded an hour. Can I ask why you were shooting your dual revolvers around in briefing?

oh and from glancing look at the logs, I can clearly say mods were correct. You did need a mentor to tell you about IC stuff, perfectly summarized in one sentence:

So yes I was here and this report is on me apparently. Sorry for the late response, I had to leave yesterday.

First let me start off by telling you that your ahelp’s we’re not ignored. They were autoresponded towards. “Guilty” was the answer. You repeatedly kept ahelp’ing the same issue despite you having gotten your answer multiple times from the autoresponse and the mentor spelling things out for you.

After a point you were brigged for your shenanigans for 15 minutes I believe, and you kept attacking the window with your shoe. After being told to stop and having your sentence increased you kept ahelp’ing this because it did “0 damage”. Now perhaps you could claim the MP’s we’re a bit harsh, but you broke Marine Law. They must enforce it, perhaps if you didn’t keep hitting the window you would’ve been out in 15 minutes.

Now apparently while you were in perma you repeatedly wrote WGW, which is actually a permaban for ERP, and has been the example of what not to do for as long as I can remember. Did you actually read our rules?

I really like how you guys are avoiding tackling the issue of them ignoring my ahelps, 2 of them were marked guilty while the others were ignored. Instead of actually attacking my argument of you ignoring my ahelps you are attacking other stuff I did in the round that players distinctly didn't care about, the wgw papers were in my pocket and nobody read them but me ultimately, any other crimes I commited that might have influenced my sentencing were not mentioned or known about by the MP, my sentencing was far too dramatic for the situation and I had no method to talk about it since for most of the time I had no radio (breaking protocol).

Now can we get onto the issue of my ahelps being ignored and not discussed at all except by a mentor.

I think you guys don't understand that there can be a scenario where two people are both wrong. Should I have hit a window with shoes, maybe not. Should he have given me perma for it without radio, also probably no. Should moderators have actually discussed the issue with me as the sentencing was illegitimate, probably.

I was in brig next to this idiot, the MPs were being incredibly fair and chill. I remember them talking about him turning his simple charge into Permabrig, all the while he was beating on his cell window with his shoes and generally raging over being brigged.
MaskedMan already told you that your Ahelps got answered, I can't actually tell if you're a troll or someone genuinely this fucking retarded/entitled.

The sentencing was legtitimate, and we did respond.

“Guilty” is a response and answer to your ahelp. We decided on this after we got your ahelp and discussed it, and decided that the sentencing was legtimate, and responded appropriately.

Right, nothing serious is going down because of this on either side; that said, you shouldn't be spamming ahelps because you don't like the answer given. You sent like ten or so over twenty minutes and you weren't being pleasant to talk to when someone did get around to you. You were given an answer plenty of times so don't keep ahelping until you get an answer you want in the future. As for the Mods, no one here is getting paid to be a staff so they're not required to drop everything they're doing just to explain in detail what could be answered in one sentence, more so when you're not being pleasant about it. I've talked to the mod team about trying to give more detailed answers if requested in the future, but this doesn't mean you're going to get someone just to argue with about why you're right.

Resolved - No punishments will be dealt for this; don't spam ahelps like this in the future unless you want to get in trouble.

Update, I glanced over the part it talked about you posting 18+ things in your cell, which is explicitly said not to do in the server rules:
"...including but not limited to writing stories (WGW)..."
Given your already poor attitude during this event, expect a perma for 18+. You can appeal this perma in the future.
