Description of the incident: At 12:07 gametime we both latejoined as marines. I started going towards the northern barracks not realising I was a delta squad member. He then insult me for this and as I start going south he starts punching me. After telling him to stop he doesn't and I am nearing crit. I then get to the prep area where some charlie squad members save me from him. Few minutes later I hear over the radio that he shot a marine with his shotgun. We didn't see him after that untill we were deploying. He comes onto the Alamo, I confront him and give him a few punches as revenge for what he did to me earlier. Then several marines proceed punch him to death.

Thomas Echard told me after the round end that Janel did the same to him the round before.

I was in the round as Charlie Spec, I can confirm that someone shot a delta engineer with a shotgun, MPs arrested me for it and didn't investigate, so I'm not sure if it was Janel or not.

Ghostdex after talking with the offender gave him a warning, and the issue was determined to be handled IC

Character witness: The guy has been lynched before for shooting marines so i second the 7 day ban for him.
Edit. I realize that was real low effort. I've been in rounds with the guy before and luckily I haven't interacted with him before extensively but i have seen and been a part of a lynch squad before with him as the target.
