Description of the incident: It all started when Tofu and Logar started to shove me when I told them I'd dock points off them on an audit I was conducting. I was being chased up to my office, still being pushed and trayed on the ride up there and even inside my office. I managed to trap them both in my office and I refused to open it until I had an MP come and arrest the pair of them. I then found out there were literally no MPs on the server and before I could get a response, Enes ran up to me and injected me with an anaesthetic injector without prior warning. After a long while, I recovered from the knock out. I then found Enes in the medbay and proceeded to *punch* him. He injected me again and dragged me to the CIC. Before I could even fully recover from the second injection, I was injected again. When I reported this to Mvp, he said "Yeeaah, just saw that." and then nothing else. I was effectively threatened with perma paincrit with his injectors.

I was later banned for EORG for shooting the doctor. While I vehemently disagree with the ban, it should have no impact on the report itself.

Character witness, this guy does borderline antagonistic things every single round. I have sent several ahelps for mods to watch his behavior. Every single time he gets a gun, command headset and boasts about it on radio and when any MP tries to arrest him he instantly goes for the anesthethics, sometimes even managing to take down multiple MPs, how he is not banned yet is beyond me.

I was pulling some logs to this report, and it appears MVP did have a conversation. If MVP wants to provide his side as I cannot copy and paste them now, but it looks like this was considered IC and no action was taken except a verbal warning to Enes for trying to enforce marine law on his own.

Also in the logs he did provide you with anti-toxins and from what I can tell he believed you had kidnapped the two doctors who were fighting when they were locked in the office.

In fact while pulling the logs, it appears that you shoot him with a shotgun Isolatar although he never ahelped it.

This was indeed dealt with in game by Mvp777.
I witnessed most of the events and I can confirm this was mostly an IC issue. Chasing you into CIC to drug you is where the line was crossed and player was PMed about it.


I'd say this is "resolved - dealt with in game" but there appears to be no note about the incident on the player's account, so lets pull logs and let a manager take a look.

Yeah, this was dealt with ICly. Enes had a justifiable RP reason to drug you originally in order to remove the in crit CMO from your office. The second time they did so i informed them of their actions and why drugging you the second time was definitely not okay. My mistake was failing to convey that i dealt with the situation to you through PMs, which i apologise for. Secondly it seems i forgot to apply a note about the incident in question, which is also my fault.

EDIT: Note added to Enes Dursun's ckey. Just to clarify, but i considered the first drugging incident as being ICly justified, while the second one was not ICly justified. While you did punch Enes in question, repeatedly drugging you up in order to 'enforce' marine law was overboard.
