Description of the incident: As MP, hear the researcher was seen in delta prep and make a note to search him when I see him. Later on, I see him in upper med dragging an injured Dr (Richard Shafer) who shouts out that Taxar was experimenting on him. I follow him to lower where he passes off the Victim to a Doctor and begins to backtrack to upper. I tell him to halt while he full on sprints to the ladder, I grab him to stop his climb and he just tries to take off again so I responded with my taser so I could interview/interrogate him. He immediately starts to give attitude screaming fuck you fuck this, calling me a slut, calling me Gaynnon etc.. I only intended to investigate what happened as is my duty to enforce major crimes and since he refused to halt I had to secure him. He runs super fast having no armor or anything else to encumber him I had tried to talk to him a few times previously but he doesn't stop to see what you're saying and is gone before I can even say halt. Regardless the force was justified. Had he not been screaming like a lunatic his story would be more believable and we could have avoided the taser altogether. I hope the logs also show what happened before I got there.
