Description of the incident: I ran into Samuel Hydeburg early in the round as CMP after he'd begun calling the Commander (who at the time was cheng) a faggot during briefing, however he attempted to go around this by calling "monk a faggot", since Cheng doesn't have his character's nickname ever since he became a commander but it is known that he'd go by Monk when he plays a lower ranking role. He continued to do this and act dumb as if he didn't mean the Commander after Cheng had purposely ordered his arrest. I didn't add time on or perma-brig him as I assumed this was an unga incident and nothing big however he continued to take jabs at him, even when Cheng showed up and warned him. He continued to call him illiterate and didn't stop with his insults Eventually after I released him but then had him re-brigged after he insulted me again over comms the second I released him by also calling me a faggot as I was watching him since he said he had 'freedom of speech'. Shortly after during that second sentence after he said he'd grown bored since the Commander had left after he visited for a short few seconds he began boasting in LOOC on how he dislikes Cheng and purposely acts in different roles to fuck with him. I took this seriously and messaged a mod who said he'd look into it however I never got a reply back. I usually wouldn't make a report however after the round I spoke with Cheng about it as Samuel showed little remorse for his actions and never ceased and I was wondering if he was actually serious about his meta-grudging and Cheng confirmed this. Even after he was let out I don't believe he ever even went down to the surface and preformed him job as a marine as I had to inform an MP he was sitting in R&R idle some time after he'd been released. I believe it's right for this to be looked into seriously as anyone that causes grief and annoyance during a round simply because of OOC dislike of someone shouldn't be tolerated on the server. I really don't care that he insulted me or the Commander, I simply believe his meta-grudging is unneeded and should be looked at seriously as it ruins rounds for people.

How you would punish the accused: I believe a ban is in order or a strict warning. There's nothing more I dislike then someone who purposely meta-grudges in the game and acts to ruin a round for other people.

Snooper44 was right. In this situation, I would support this report because Samuel keep meta grudging when I play as an XO, Marine and Commander. If this guy is a racist in real life or hate asians.. server isn't for you. In our community we must show some respect for every people you meet but yeah I understand your meta grudge but you are too much already. Maybe you deserve some punishment.
