Description of the incident:I was RO this round. Very early on in the round, Vichote Sandoval was irritated by the attachment/grenade restrictions that I usually enforce, from what I can tell. After the final evac from the planet(EDIT: it was about 5 minutes before dropship crash), I was told by my CT that he threatened to use grenades on us (us being requisitions). I told them to lock Req down, and I was about to call for MPs when he threw an M15 nade to blow open Req. I personally feel that bombing Req because you're mad is a little out of line. I wasn't able to make an immediate aHelp because I was a little occupied keeping req from getting overrun by people who apparently think squawking while trespassing = getting attachments. I aHelped after the Dropship crash, and since the accused logged off, I was told to make a player report.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):
I got lucky and saw him prime the nade itself.
How you would punish the accused: Either a stern warning, or if he's a repeat offender possibly a timed ban. Just because you're upset at Req doesn't give you carte blanche to throw grenades at us.
