Description of the incident: Earlier this round I late-joined to observe and made some comments about that spooky should add in boonie hats to win back the people's love (All screenshots are below) He responded with that he doesn't give a /shit/ about what people think of him and that he's not going to live his life like that, I responded with ''Remember when your pred app got denied lol'' which is referring to months ago when he made a predator app that got shut down by players, he threw a tantrum and didn’t do any updating on predators for months until he received his auto-whitelist with becoming a Head. Spooky then remarked that I was breaching rule ''1. Don't be a dick - Harassment, racism, bigotry, homophobia, giving out spoilers, etc.'' When I was merely stating a fact. I responded with ''I'll remember to use rule 1 if you use rule 0 which you can't'' going back to the time where he abused his powers and got some of his admin abilities taken from him as a result.

He then proceeded to mute me in DCHAT for rule 1 as stated above.

I went to discord after and posted my discontent about what Spooky had just done by saying ''Damn spooky just abused his power again hahaha''
''Doesn’t give a shit about what people say about him>mutes said person'' Even though I was not being a dick like he refers to.

Then I got @'d by Spooky saying he is going to warn me for violating rule #1 and rule #6 none of these make any sense whatsoever,
1. Don't be a dick - Harassment, racism, bigotry, homophobia, giving out spoilers, etc.
6. No meta-communication and no In Character (IC) discussion.
You can obviously see from the screenshots down below that I was not metacomming whatsoever or affecting the current round, I cut out pieces of what happened in DCHAT and posted that. And I wasn't being a dick.

Spooky gave me two warnings and left it by that but I have been noted a lot of times for various things and my last note says ''Ban immediately no more warnings'' So I requested Spooky ban me, if he wants to moderate the Discord channel he should do it in a more professional way and not stack up more warnings and violation of rules that are false.

If you would actually read the report you would clearly understand why I requested you to ban me, because of your clear abuse of Moderation power.

We've come to a final decision on this. There's a headstaff decision as well as a decision from me. The headstaff decision that was made is that Spooky is being removed from the head dev position. The behavior and abused of power that have been seen in the last few months are unbecoming of a headstaff member. The decision of keeping Spooky as a developer will be made by the dev team. We will be working on appointing a new head dev this weekend.

The other decision is about Broden. Broden, you do troll and harass people in the discord regularly. Spooky way over reacted in this situation, but you are constantly skirting the line of what is and isn't okay. We're going to remove your discord ban for now, but the next time it's reported to met that you're targeting people or doing any of that stupid shit you did with Aceluke just to troll, you're going to get permanently banned from the community.
