Description of the incident: The overall breakdown of the event is very simple. The map is solaris ridge(big red). I had deployed recently to the planet as a delta squad medic and was on the way to catch up to the rest of my squad. I was approached and killed by Pa'thun Thar'n Ka'tak Val'ar in a low RP and unhonorable way.

I encountered Taketheshot56's predator and was role playing fear and confusion. I fled and he pursued which I responded by firing into the air, I did not want to engage a predator. He continued to pursue me which resulted in him walking into some buckshot, I was firing at range throughout his pursuit. I stopped and starting typing, without hesitation he slash stunned me with a scimitar, while I was down he sliced me into crit. I understand that typing in the middle of a "fight", I bear the burden, though I posed little threat to him. Additionally I feel it prudent to mention that attacking a downed marine as a predator is very dishonorable. At this point I was fully aware that he didn't intend to have an honorable fight or wanted to RP, he was more interested in getting kills or "valid" hunting. I denied him this by killing myself, responding in kind with low RP. He collected my hide despite me killing myself. While this was childish of myself, I find it very frustrating that predators, who are supposed to be held to the highest standards of role playing can preform actions like this.

While I was technically a valid target for him, I don't believe this is was predator is all about. This reasoning could be used to wipe out entire hives or entire squads of marines. I should note that he, Taketheshot56, was polite and informed me that I should be aware of posting a report after the end of the round. I don't want to see him lose his predator status, I just want him to be conscious of other players. Rounds are long and he ended the round for me before I could participate in way meaningful for me.

How you would punish the accused: -TEMPORARY- suspension of predator OR a warning. You are extremely powerful as a predator and should be considerate of players.

I can pull the logs of what was said between you, but I think its not really needed.

1. You were worthy prey just from what these logs show (Marine carrying a weapon, at full health, not assisting a wounded marine)
2. You shot at him and hit him
3. He had every right to kill you

It goes both ways bud, predators are a side-antagonist, and when preds (myself included) try to roleplay with marines there is nothing stopping them from trying to kill you (which has happened to me plenty of times) and vise-versa (except the predator code of honor/server rules)

He didn't break any server rule or any guidelines from what I can see.
