Description of the incident: Before briefing, a room was made for DnD, in which a group of marines, a couple of MTs, a MP, eventually the XO, and the commander began
started playing. The problem I have with it is that the commanding officer of the ship is well aware that a majority of his marines were killed by an unknown alien species, but decides that instead of informing high command, he should go play DnD.

How you would punish the accused:No punishment, Just let them know that a commanding officer would at least shut down the game that was responsible for a good amount of staff neglecting their duties.

When I originally checked there was 4-5 marines playing, so I let it slide, a similar DND game happened a few days earlier, so I figured they'd follow suit in how the previous game went, and end it after a short while, so I left them to their devices.

Also last time I tried forcing marines to deploy I got mutinied, so I wanted to avoid that again.

There is no OOC rule against playing DND, Overlord and others decided it was fine to be left ICly, Victor received a written reprimand from high command.

Right.. I was Brandon 'Colgate' Ruiz. The commander never joined. We asked him to, he simply declined and said "I got commander duties to attend to". All of these marines who played in this game were all wounded and came back up to play a game of D&D nobody refused to deploy. Everyone deployed, got wounded, and had some fun. This was probably the only RP that happened besides the usual CM shit with "HOSTILE LIZARDS" etc etc. I don't know why this report was made against Victor..
EDIT: Also when the marines were somewhat winning we asked the commander to order pizza for us IC. Thats about the only thing he did. It led to the pizza ERT.

This is an IC issue. Until this gets ran into the ground by people, OOC action won't be taken for this.
