Description of the incident: As the commander, I've noticed a marine without a squad assigned entering a shuttle. I've followed him and asked what he's doing. He launched the shuttle without anyone's permission and, when it docked with Nostromo, opened fire on me for no apparent reason. I've overpowered him after receiving many shots to the head, but aliens moved in and captured me.

How you would punish the accused: If this player has logged into the server and played normally before, I think it would be sufficient to hear him explaining himself. If not, well, let the banhammer strike.

By looks of it he did shoot first however the situation here does not seem like it was to much for a severe punishment. By looks of things it also appeared to have been mutiny. Proper actions will be taken. If you have nothing else to say or have anything else to add this will be moved in approximately 24 hours after this post.

He was fully armed, but I've never ordered the armory to be opened, so either someone else left it open, or he broke in. Also, he remained silent through the whole thing.

Ok than.... Well this will stay open than and we can resume this. However I am not going to lie A screenshot of the Marine would have also been nice.

Well... Would you look at that. I just rechecked logs and apparently by looks of things it was grief and they will be dealt with accordingly. This will be moved in approximately 6 hours from this post
