Description of the incident: Alright, so, I latejoin. Take a few steps, go braindead for about eight minutes. Come back on a surgery table with an LO drilling my head off. I get killed. I adminhelp it. What ensues is a series of admins refusing to check logs - the LO claims he "rescued me from MPs beating me up." That clearly isn't true, considering that I was only braindead for eight or so minutes and I didn't see any of it; there were only three MPs, all of whom sympathized with me after being told via LOOC what happened (I was muted shortly after); none of the MPs were covered in the blood one would assume would go along with beating someone into crit; he taunted me constantly the rest of the round; and, finally, why would he be drilling me on harm intent when I'm in fucking crit? That's not proper usage of semicolons, but I don't care, it works.

The admins refuse to revive me, instead making me wait fifteen minutes to be cloned.

After a couple admins give up, telling me that it's too hard to look through logs, UnknownMurder steps in and claims he gave the LO a warning. Right, I just now got daybanned for suiciding as commander, but this guy killed me randomly, ruining my round, and he gets fucking warned. I ask UnknownMurder why he can't just check the logs to see if the guy's story was true or not, and he tells me, "I can't do that." He then tells me to make a player complaint. I ask him - fucking annoyed - how if he, a headmin, can't check logs to see if an MP attacked me or not, the people in charge of player complaints are going to be able to. He ignores me past that point.

So, what happened here is admins - one in particular - refusing to check logs simply because they don't like me. Someone's story is obviously a complete lie, yet they refuse to ban him based on "lack of evidence", when they refuse to even search for evidence.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I shouldn't need any unless this guy denies this ever happening, which I doubt will happen

How you would punish the accused: Right after he was too lazy to search logs, he decided to host an event. Take away any fun buttons he has, or whatever, I don't fucking know. If not, I'll accept an apology or an explanation of why he was being such a prick.

However, I can't say that your attitude is giving you any bonus points asskek. Also, I undeleted your post as evidence, becuase i received complaints about you spamming your own complaint topic.

We do have procedures, and while I'm investigating UM for what he may have done, I'm not going to ignore bullshit. Pay attention to Complaint Rule 1 in the future.

Really, your entire attitude with this situation bothers me, i understand being upset, but your name, and your actions worry me that this is going to just become a messy shitstorm.

When I logged on, I found that Paw and Unknown were having major issues resolving ONE situation, which says a lot. Then next round I see Asskek basically trying to ruin the spooky round as best as he can. Finally, I'm in the LO line and I see him commit suicide with the laser gun. Suicide as the Commander is a pretty cut-and-dry day ban plus job ban. If you really want justice, don't go about it by trying to take the ball that everyone's playing with and going home.

Was witness to pretty much everything, the entirety of the murder, Asskek going commander during the spookevent. I cloned Sweet and went into the morgue to put his body away. Found an unknown, played by UM, checking out one of the bodies. I figured there was drama about the issue so I LOOC'd that Rastus killed Sweet in cold blood and was told not to interfere or talk about it or I'd get killed. Maybe I'm being pedantic but that seems like a poor way to handle things.

Asskek had two bodies. Pre-Clone and Post-Clone. I just simply told him to ignore me so I can investigate The pre-clone had more attack logs than post-log. That's where I found the logs and stepped in.
