What rule(s) were broken: They straight up murdered at least five marines, most of them fresh spawns

Description of the incident: From my experience, I was a Sulaco medic. I walked into medbay, revived a marine and then went to get my full doctor uniform. Those two came in saying they were gonna arrest me for being suspicious. I was stunned and dragged to the MP Base, I stood up and tried to run, then Joel pulled an SMG and shot me into crit. After this I was dragged into the maint above it and he knifed me to death. Afterwards, since there were no admins on, several players began asking the two why they were doing it. They began lying about what I did (saying I ran at them with a knife, which as far as I know is very difficult for a doctor to get) both IC and LOOC, despite there being witnesses IC and OOC.

How you would punish the accused: Ban from the server, hopefully for a good amount of time.

So... since TheBigSecurity couldn't sign up... Here's his story through a-help :

Me and my friend are brothers, the other one who did the "grief". Alright, me and my brother decided to go roleplay on ss13. We chose which server to go, then we chose Colonial MArines, since it's my favorite server. Then I decided to be a military police, since it's my favorite job. So i became one. I saw a LO telling me to arrest someone, hence it just griefs, and breaks the rules/laws of Colonial Marines. The LO told me he shot him.So I shot a taser at him, then some guy came at me, disarmed me with the taser, and tried to shoot me with it. I dodged the electrocodes, cuz I didnt have a riot shield. I ran away to the MP room, closed the door as fast as possible, I took a riot shield and a taser gun. then I shot the guy who tried to kill me, I dragged him and killed him. Then I saw at LOOC that he said "Dude, lets go kill this idiot". So I just ran away to the MP room, as they went at me, shooting the windows. I just ran away to the maintanence hatch.Then his sister/one of his friends comes, he had engineer stuff. So I just shoot the guy, and then dragged him to the maintanence hatch, while killing it with a knife. The LO helped me to do it this time. Then a doctor comes, and drags the bodies away to heal them, so I continued fighting. The end.

Hello.

I was shot by one of those two upon leaving Alpha prep. I managed to get to medbay before I died. Canaids, playing Rickard Bastille attempted to revive me after finding me (presumably coming straight to medbay) to clone me.

For some reason I was only an afro, eyes and a right foot, but I saw those two arrest Rickard Bastille. They took him to the sec room and killed him, all of which I witnessed, for no reason whatsoever, with Bastille actually doing his job as a medic.

I threatened them with reporting this incident to the admins, but they accused Bastille of killing 3 people (obviously false, it was them, and I was one of those 3 victims).

From what I saw in that round, they were blatantly using meta communication as well as a blatant and intentional rule breaking, taking advantage of a low population round with no admins on.

As the doctor who "came in to heal them". Thats a lie. I went into medbay to see what I could do, I did my job and then went to get kitted up. Then those two came in accusing me of suspicious actions, tased me, then you know the rest from my original post.

The stories still don't match up. Both sides have different stories as to why things unfolded to how they were. I'm at a loss on what to do or how to punish the murderers. Or perhaps they did it with some sort of reason.

Meta with the brother
You killed someone..for tasing
Use meta,running due to an LOOC post
Having lethal weaponry as an MP.

Jobban? Welll... Seeing how little they care about killing other marines, I don't think a three-day ban is excessive.

I have looked into this and thebigsecurity the will be issued a 5 day ban, I could not find logs of the other one.
