Description of the incident:Was getting kitted in the Charlie Engineer room and I'm suffering pretty badly from lag, as I have pretty shite internet to begin with, but besides that I suddenly notice I'm pushed out of the way and there's a guy next to me, and I'm like, "Oh, okay", few seconds later he runs out of Charlie after just being in there for a few seconds so I thought nothing of it, all the sudden BOOM, random explosion that put me in the red IMMEDIATELY, so of course I ahelp, and am left alone, the other guy dropping a single med-kit outside of the room for me to stagger to, as I bleed every-where and collapse, he runs off ofcourse after dropping the med-kit. And soon after wards I am beyond the stages of self help which is when a Sulaco Medic finds me and cares for me. And after hitting crit not once, not twice, not thrice, but SEVEN times, I'm finally in the dark orange, so I set out to make sure he no longer harms either me nor any other Marines onboard the station, and I do so. I even have a Marine that SUPPORTED me over the comms as I was dragged away to the brig. Which I am soon banned for afterwards by the Mod, Juninho77

How you would punish the accused:A ban for a week, along with a short apology from the Mod for his unwilling and biased assistance.

I'm Lucius Pink - Here's exactly what happened.

I walked into you in the Engineering Prep room, I was grabbing metal to prepare defenses for Sulaco. As you state yourself, you were lagging and as was I. As I attempted to grab the metal I clicked on the C4 equipped it and placed it on on top of the metal stack with us in there. Somehow within that 5 second lag burst it was placed and I never noticed it with the stack of Glass, Plasteel and Metal. I left the room, it went off and I saw you wounded.. I came back and threw you a med-kit not realizing you were that injured. I saw you grab the med-kit so I figured everything was good and to be honest I was more concerned about the defenses of Sulaco because I was the only one doing anything about it.

Fast forward two minutes, I come back to check on you and you're passed out in the hallway.. At this point that Spider guy and myself find you and assist you. Spider is a medic/doctor so he dealt with your injuries and I figured that was that.

Now here's where you pretty much go full Shitlord.. Instead of TALKING TO ME you run up to me infront of 6 other marines JUST AFTER we got back from assaulting the hive and shoot me dead instantly. No questions, no RPing.. you straight up blasted me.

Now, I APOLOGISED in Character AND in LOOC. It was clearly a accident and the admin Junin even explained the situation to you. It amazes me that even after all this you somehow thought this was some act to purposely kill you? Honestly, what was your mental process through this whole ordeal? Instead of acting maturely you went completely child like and desired revenge.. for what? A accidental C4!

Now you've blatantly LIED in your report because you left out the part where you were banned for shooting me right away. You also lied to numerous people about me trying to kill you, it was one ACCIDENTAL C4 and I ASSISTED YOU to the best of my abilities at the time. Not to mention, you forgot to even write in your report where I spoke to you in LOOC apologizing to you? The only reason you had support from Spider is because after he healed you, you got up and lied to him telling him I've tried to kill you multiple times!

In the end, it was a accident, you were healed and everything was fine.
This entire Report is just a continuation of your immaturity, it's clearly never fucking ending. If anything I'd like to see his ban extended for this bullshit, if you're going to create a player report, at least be honest and don't leave out the important bits you asshole.

You clearly stated I threw a med-kit to you, in your own report. Logically if someone purposely tries to kill someone they wouldn't be giving them medical aid after.

Good suggestion : DON"T GO into ENGINEER, no excuses. Can we put C-4 in LOCKED LOCKER?

Here an GAME TIP, "When dealing with hazardous items, like C4s, and etc. Use the ALT+leftmouseClick", it'll bring up the panel in that block.

I still don't understand why you use "accidental", as it's will happen, so DEAL WITH IT, this SS13 is a GAME.

As said, This seems more like a accident more than anything. Also Des, CALM DOWN there really is nothing we can do for this as you already talked to staff. Might I also add that after I looked at logs that I can tell this was just a giant misunderstanding, I will notify staff to remove the notes regarding this.
