Description of the incident: Knocked me down to PM me to stop "copy pasting gibberish German translations," last round I made another admin complaint but I decided to delete it, now he's acting unprofessional again. Last round he called me a dickhole and told me to shut the fuck up.

Are you basically expecting the investigators (aka, my bosses) to make a decision based on what horridly uncondensed evidence you put forward? There is no context or pretext or any explanation on your side as to what had occurred. The fourth time is not a charm, sir. You have two notes preceding the one I made about this incident about starting crap with staff (and this note even instructed the reader to ban you on the next incident, so color me rather generous here for letting you play), and this is the third time today I've acknowledged you. And suffice to say, this is not good. You've displayed a negative attitude and bias towards staff, and you're an otherwise impossible person to even have a reasonable conversation with.
This is why I called you a dickhole and for you to shut your mouth. It certainly got your attention, which prompted the first complaint. No, my response was not acceptable, but the intent was to make sure you listened. Which you then deleted, because 'you didn't want to complain anymore.' I even had a nice response written up before you had it soft deleted. But, no, suddenly you decided to drop it. To me, that looks like you decided to cool down and not harbor any afterthought about how I treated you. Which was, again, wrong. But I do not believe how I treated you in THIS instance was incorrect, at all.
This is a ROLEPLAY server, and you are expected to play out your role in a believable and practical manner. You are not to flail and cry like a child in IC, nor in OOC. You are expected to at least pretend like an adult and consider the fact that multiple people play this game for fun, and it is not fun for many people to have a comdom. Which you were being, given that it took 4 people to complain about your absolutely awful command play before anyone decided to take you seriously.
Consider the following.
-I did NOT issue punishment for either of these cases. I gave you very clear warnings to stop acting like you were acting. You did not desist, you kept acting like a complete child, and you made it extremely difficult for anyone to even speak to you as an equal. I was very patient with you but I kept a tone similar to yours in hopes you would understand how childish your side of it all is. So that we would understand each other.
-The staffing here is composed of volunteers, and very good people. Not to mention the plethora of regulars that come online to play a fun game and shoot fukken xenos or infest everyone for the hive. I will not abide by you disrespecting all of these amazing people that enjoy playing video games as much as I do, because I enjoy helping people in their endeavors to have fun, and not at the expense of others. I enjoy working with the community members and the staff to ensure this game is a fun atmosphere to be around. I earn nothing from this but the satisfaction that I'm doing a good job in ensuring this game is fun, which is to say I do this for free. I don't do it to powertrip, I do it because I have a legitimate caring for this community. If you think differently, then you're entitled to your opinion, but I'm still entitled to the truth.

If all the complaints were IC issues, then why'd you knock me unconscious and told me about them? That was completely un-necessary. If people had a problem with how I Commandeered, then they'd start a mutiny, but they didn't, and they couldn't, because only 4 people OUT OF 100 complained, and the limit for mutinies are 5 PEOPLE. You don't believe that what you said was wrong? You don't believe calling me a dickhole and to shut the fuck up was wrong? That's all the more reason to strip you of your moderation rights, as it clearly is stated in the admin protocols, you are to remain professional at ALL TIMES, at all times. When you're moderating a server which has an average of 100 players online 24/7, you have to have patience, otherwise you'd constantly flip out.

These weren't speeches, this were quotes. Quotes are used to raise the morale of marines, the RP reason was to raise the morale of marines, I was providing quotes that were completely relevant to the current situation in hand, which was a xenomorph invasion of the Sulaco. What I announced were neither speeches, nor were they without reason.

Using this logic, you'd have to ban most of the server, also, I don't see why not I shouldn't flail or cry like a child ICly, if my character was a wimp, then I can do just that.

You're not supposed to take into consideration literally every ahelp that you get, this is Moderation 101, just because someone complained about me, doesn't make his complain legit, and just because 4 PEOPLE out of 100 people (which for some reason you count as a MAJOR number of people) doesn't mean the complaints are legit either, it might be because these people have personal vendettas against me (and trust me I know a LOT of people who kill me based on metagaming.) Judging from how you conducted yourself, it seemed that you literally were following the orders of people who ahelped you.

However, I don't see anything he did wrong in the second one. You were abusing the announcement system. It's not meant, for poetry or random tomfoolery. Also, I am aware, that you received 3 warnings, in a single day, one of which was from my Co-host.
However, you need to understand that we are medium RP, spamming the command announcement system the way you were, is not really tolerated. Additionally, this is your ONLY WARNING: Do NOT break the name rule again. It WILL result in a ban.
Moving on, I've been reviewing other conversations you had throughout the day (at the behest of some of my staff) and what I see is a bit troubling. You seem to lean a bit on the toxic side, quickly jumping to swears and anger. I'd advise, that you relax a bit, and realize that this is only a game. Because if I see more exchanges such as this:

I had to deal with you myself yesterday, your attitude towards the server and staff is disrespectful, you demanded to speak to a higher authority when the moderator at the time was dealing with the situation perfectly fine. In regards to the report on 1138 his actions were unacceptable but of course you had a major part in his outburst however he will be dealt with.
I think a ban is in order for you after everything Apop has posted, I even told you myself before all of this to stop pestering staff and being disrespectful yet you obviously completely ignored what I said and continued it seems.

In regards to the report on 1138 his actions were unacceptable but of course you had a major part in his outburst however he will be dealt with.
I think a ban is in order for you after everything Apop has posted, I even told you myself before all of this to stop pestering staff and being disrespectful yet you obviously completely ignored what I said and continued it seems.

To answer your question, the round was a lagfest. Everyone wanted to end the round, I was just more vocal.

Hate to turn this around but this guy is a seriously Toxic player in general. His in-game action's are awful, he's disrespectful towards staff and his community presence is just as bad.
I wasn't going to say anything, but after reading this topic he posted viewtopic.php?f=91&t=3281&p=30288#p30288 I'd really like to see him banned from any Command position at the least. This is not someone you want to have any impact on a round at all, his attitude is awful and he's EXTREMELY toxic to the server.
