Description of the incident:I just woke up from cryo, got food, went to check out RO, and on my way back, I got shot once with a shotgun to the head. He apologised once with, "sorry". I believed it, as missfires happen. But he ends up following me, into my prep room despite being differant squads, shoots at my head again, but forgot to pump his shotgun, after pumping, fires once more, leading to my eventual death.
