Which Admin Protocols (http://goo.gl/fBUQGG) were broken: Singling me out specifically and ruining my image to other staff that have never met me.

Description of the incident: Incident #1: A while back I became Maintenance Technician because I saw there was another one on, when I joined, I saw that the engine was not set up and the other Maint. Tech was no where to be found. So trying my best, I grabbed the Engine Set-up book and followed how to set it up, confused on one of the few things in the end I ahelped and asked CoronelJones how to set it up, he replied that he didn't know and that he was sorry. So as myself not knowing what to do and confused, I asked with OOC brackets in common channel for someone to come down and help me. The XO responds calling me an idiot and asking how I even got my job. He then came down and went to set up the Engine, while he was doing that, I left and went on to doing my other duties of being a Maint. Tech, (Fixing Lights, Making sure everything is running, Checking all the APC's to make sure they're working, etc...) then around some old time later, the XO goes on Engineer channel( In IC without Brackets when I asked him to fix it as an OOC help) and says that the engine is set up and that I should have never been hired as a Maint. Tech. Right after that he goes over common and tells them to arrest me for Neglecting my Duties as a Maint. Tech. I'm telling him he can't because I asked him via OOC and he can't make an OOC situation into an IC situation, but he ignores me and continues to get me brigged. So I go off and hide so they wont catch me for something that shouldn't be used as an IC thing. At this point in time, there were no Staff online. So I go off and get chased by both the XO and MP and run into the Drop Pod Shuttle (Little One) and wait for it to drop. Fatal then messages me asking me why I was going down to the planet and I told him what was happening, he said that as long as I was going down there to help set up the FOB it should be fine. As I'm waiting there, the XO annouces over common that I need to be arrested. There was one Marine infront of my and he asked if I was a Criminal, I went in LOOC and explained what happened and he just laughed and said Ok. He then left the pod for a couple minutes and came back, as I was sitting there, he turns around and points his rifle at me and screams "Freeze, I'm taking you in for custody!" I freaked out and took off running, he the started to shoot at me while I was running towards the Engineering Storage Area. I ran inside there and bolted the doors shut. I then hid myself in a locker waiting for Fatal to respond to my MANY ahelps screaming for help against the players using an OOC incident in an IC way to brig me. As I'm waiting, the MP comes down the ladder with a shot gun and starts to look for me, as he was heading back up the ladder he randomly stopped and started to open up the lockers. He opened mine and I went to disarm him (Because I'm not getting shot with a shotgun for no reason) he then backs up and starts to fire at me. (Those shots, were not beanbags.) I again ahelped Fatal a lot and ran up the ladder and into the Engine room and went up in the dark and hid myself in the top Radiation Array area. As I'm waiting there, the Mp walks straight to where I'm at and then shoots me with a Laser Stun Gun and puts me in crit. As he was doing this, Fatal is messaging me about how It was all my fault and that I need to stop freaking out. Now upset because a staff blames me for something that was no where near my fault while being in crit, I Ghosted and got off my laptop for the rest of the night.

Incident #2: The nest day, I was playing as a Marine Engineer and was partnered with another Marine named Ashe White. We were supposed to explore and find any survivors left on the Planet. So her and I went up and started to find any survivors. Somethings happened (I don't remember them) and Ashe got infected. Grabbing Ashe I ran to the Shuttle and asked for it to be launched. When we got back to the main ship, I rushed her to MedBay where we went to get surgery on her, the Doctor who was there, had never done that type of surgery during that round. So when the Admin was asking him if he knew, the Doctor went SSD... Ashe and Rp'ing that the doctor just collapsed, Ashe asked for me to shoot her and then just have her cloned. So I grabbed my riffle and shot her in the head a couple times. After she died, I told the researcher to have her cloned. He went down and cloned her and as we were coming back up to put her in the tube things, Power in the left side of MedBay went out. Being an Engineer, I went over to the APc and saw that the battery was empty, the Researcher then pointed towards another one and I put the battery inside the APC while taking the old one out. As I'm doing this. I noticed that the MP of that round was sitting there making Medicine via Chemistry. Confused and knowing that MP shouldn't be doing that, I asked over LOOC why he was, he replied "I had Medical training in school". Hoping that a staff on at the time would catch him I went back to my work. Ashe was finally done so I pulled her body out and pulled her to her things outside of MedBay. Needing to go back in because she wasn't completly fixed, I saw that there was no Doctors near, so I went to hack open the door. As I opened the panel, an Officer walked over and told me to stop and then opened up the door, they then started yelling at me to fix the door, which I already had. I went back to the APC because it was again draining back down to zero and as I was trying to fix it, the MP next to me starts blaming me for the power being out and the APC not working. They then Flashed both Ashe and I and cuffed me and threw me out of MedBay and locked me in a chair. I was irritated and told the MP in LOOC that I hoped they die, I then left and went planetside to kill Aliens. Right after I told them that I hoped they'd go die, Fatal messages me again and tells me that I'm being toxic and that I need to quit. I then argued with him and told him that he needs to start doing his job and that I don't want him messaging me anymore. He completely ignored the MP doing Chemistry and only got after me because I told someone that I hoped they die because they arrested me for no reason.

I would have never brought this up if it wasn't for him still singling me out and irritating me. He constantly would say that I am never on the server and that I have a constant behavior of toxicity. I barely see him on the game, and when he does come on, it's maybe for at most 1-2 games. He's seen me be rude twice, both times were directed towards him because he wasn't doing his job properly. I've kept my mouth shut against people being rude to me, but honestly. It's a pain when I'm a blunt and honest person who doesn't sugar coat things. So when I come off blunt and tell you the truth without beating around the bush, I don't deserve to be called Immature because I don't lie and make up some excuse that would be fool hardy. Fatal has both apologized and admitted to singling me out, I would have been fine with this and not report this, but when he made the comment on my Staff Application about how "I'm too immature" for defending myself against accusations that were false, I find it extremely degrading and pathetic. I wont sit here like an obedient dog and have someone treat me like crap because I put them in their place. (And yes, I was extremely blunt on this too)

How you would punish the accused: I have no recommending punishment, I just wish he'd stop singling me out and taint my image to other people. It's worse than Grade School.

It looks like in his PMs he is apologizing already and doesnt intend to single you out any longer.

Personally I find fatal to be a fair admin and very considerate.
Also I dont think hurtle is a toxic player, people naturally will get upset at times.

I feel neutral on this both because I think both of you are nice people to talk to and both of you seem like good community members. Fatal I have seen is quite fair and is someone who likes to get to know players. It is nice to have that interactions with staff, that being said Turtle I like you as a player as well. I mean who else is going to compliment me and my lovely navy status, but with that being said, I think that with the apologize, if you wanted to I am sure there may be a way for you to apply for staff again. I mean if you can reapply for predator I do not see how staff would be a one shot thing. I would say just talk with staff and let them get to know you a bit better and know yea those were some bad days, and I am sure they would understand.

We all have bad days and we all have stuff in our real life that happens. At the end of the day this is just a game and it is just something that we play to kill time, relax, or just socialize with people we have met and like to talk to. I know I feel that way about the community otherwise I wouldn't have stayed or applied to be a moderator myself. Real life comes first always, and I think all staff and players on the server can agree. I would say yes Fatal knows he messed up and it took guts for him to apologize instead of just keep it hidden or not say sorry at all.

For that I commend him and I think we can all say, we are humans, we mess up sometimes, it happens. We learn from those mistakes and move on. So should fatal be punished I don't think so, he made a mistake and shared his feelings, if staff changed their minds so quickly they may have already had their own doubts why I suggest talking with them and trying to see what you may need to work on, after you do that then reapply for staff and try again. You can't just stop after failing once.

Anyway sorry for the paragraph, but just my two cents.

Oh man that's a lot to read. I honestly don't have much to say about the incidents themselves, since it's been way to long for any of it to be accurate in my mind. But I might as say anything that comes to memory from those two incidents. For the first one, all I honestly remember is that I had to ask the MP if he was using bean bag rounds since he was chasing you with a shotgun. He replied with "Oh god!" or something like that and put the shotgun, on the table, drew his taser and continued into the array where you were hiding. If you were in crit, it wasn't because of the MP, it was because of the radiation. As for "messaging me about how It was all my fault and that I need to stop freaking out.", I don't really do that. That's just...disrespectful, outright blaming someone in a situation like that. I apologize if it came off that way, but I wouldn't mean for it to sound that way. The whole situation on it's own wasn't explained to me at all by anyone involved, either. So I really didn't have anything to go off of when speaking to anyone. You even logged out before I could even figure out anything. The death threats in LOOC against the MP really didn't help the situation either. As for the second situation, I remember practically nothing about it because I was speaking to you and roughly 3-5 other people at the same time over different issues. When handling an ahelp, we can't just pause time and sort it out and then get back on track, especially not while handling more than one thing. By the time I could get back to your issue, it was basically over and really not much I could do at all.

And now we move onto the messages. I apologized because I felt that I could make a bad interaction at least a little better, and this is where it gets me. All that aside though, I still feel your notes should remain. Whether they reflect you when you're at your worst, it's still a note for how you acted in the situations you were in, nothing more, nothing less. Notes are just facts, whether they're negative or positive.

As for what I said on your application, that's just my opinion. Applications are literally just where everyone compiles their opinions. Have you even seen some of the Predator whitelist applications? Responses can get far more brutal there.

Typically, only heads remove notes. And this is sort of the first I'm hearing about this whole situation, but I'll look into it.

I believe this is handled. Fatal isn't singling you out intentionally. As far as the notes, like i said, only heads remove them.
