What rule(s) were broken: Greifing

Description of the incident: So I was walking about of the Bridge and just checked to see if there was any staff on and ask if I was able to set up the engine as the XO since there were no Maint Techs of CE. Well, the moment I walked out, a Doctor or the CMO comes to me and says "Hey" and I replied like always "Yes Hun?" and within seconds he injects me with a lethal dose of Anesthetic (Know that because I was instantly out and then slowly went into red), I then procceded to tell him he was getting reported and took a screen shot. After, he dragged me to a disposal and threw me in it. As I was sitting there, I noticed Alma, who was a BO also thrown into the Disposals. There were no Staff on during this whole thing.

How you would punish the accused: Either PermaBan or Month Ban. (Even though you probably wont, He deserves to have a huge ban since he not only killed multiple command but stole their Id's)

Total of 3 bodies stuffed down disposals and dead, a straight up murder-spree.

Also is possibly the same person from yesterday that griefed everyone.

The grief we got a 10 day ban pending Perma like usual. He may have gotten on an alt key.
