Description of the incident: Pretty much what it says on the can. Also not fun that marines were firing through welded closed doors with emitters, though there's not a rule against it specifically, it doesn't make any sense.


Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): It should be in the logs that I ahelped twice about 5 logged out xenos.

How you would punish the accused: I don't want them punished, I just want logged in admin to deal with ahelps in a reasonable timeframe.

They are not REQUIRED to reply to a single one of those Ahelps. I never do either. It is not needed for staff to do that and this is just completely not required.

Firstly, putting ghosts into Logged out xenos, is not a required thing for staff, it's up to the discretion of whoever is online.

Spoilers: None of our staff gets paid, and it's all volunteer. We TRY to do what we can, but know that we aren't bound to your will.

I will investigate if there was ACTUALLY anything wrong here, but from what you've said, I doubt it.

If you want more active staff, then when we do hiring, apply for staff, because ANYONE who has ever been staff on a server will tell you that it BURNS YOU OUT, and CM is one of the top servers with a high average population. We BURN through staff quickly.


If your ahelp isn't about:

Grief, Rule-breaking, or abuse, it will probably get thrown to the back of the pile when shit is going down.

And again, putting ghosts into AFK/Ghosted Xenos is not a priority, nor is it a requirement.

So, as I said, I'll look to see what the situation was, but never am I going to discipline or even confront my staff for not putting ghosts into logged out xenos.
