Description of the incident: Commander called evac, the pods were irradiated and breached, he called to get on MY CL pod, I said, oh, no, no. Got to my office, Michael Ticker was waiting there, I told him to get the fuck out, aimed at him once, he said Okay, I holstered the gun, I opened the blast shutters and he disarmed me and tried to take off my radio when I opened the door, he drawed out his M41A and started a firefight, killing me.

That picture you have there shows that you already pulled out your M4 by the time I shot, and you tried to take off my radio after disarming me, do you have an explanation to that?

I tried to take of your radio because I was going to full strip you to remove your weapon and I took the M4 out because like I already said I thought you were holding your pistol to shoot me

Why would you full strip me? You were breaching, I held my pistol because you were threatening my security, and in the end, you killed me.

All marines were rushing for MY pod.

And why would you want to remove my weapons? You were tresspassing into my office, and then proceeded to trick me into opening the door, just hold until admin intervention, you're just making no sense.

Can I mention that we have two types of situations that would possibly make this okay. 1) Ic Escalation resulting in marines being allowed to use lethal force. 2) If you attack back in any mannerism you forfeit all admin assistance.

The actual logic is that he tresspassed into my office, then proceeded to try to push me into the ground and remove my radio, after I woke up he reached for his weapon.
That's the thing.

If you want to deny It or turn it around on me, go ahead, the round is hours ago already, there were no staff online, that's why this is a thing.

Pssst hey buddy. Your report is just..... I did some serious log diving to confirm and you DID shoot first. And your office has all access for EVERYONE, The only area that the marine did not have access to would have been your back room. You shot at a marine and he returned fire with lethal force.

He pushed me on the ground before the firefight, then tried to strip me, when I woke up he unholstered his M4, I know I shot first.

This still falls under the Lethal Force rule. Moderators will be able to supply you no support at all. Admins will be able to assist you at their own discretion under the Rule#0 , Which is unlikely at this time based on how this report was presented.

Moderators still have to fucking handle the situation if someone is like YO THIS GUY IS BREAKING DA RUALS But they forfit all rights to administrative healing.

In the rules, right below it says "You forfeit all staff assistance" it defines "Staff assistance".

Staff assistance - Defined as any action taken by an Staff to heal or aid in a player's negative state.

So you still need to deal with the griefer, moderator or no. You just don't have to heal or summon help for the guy bleeding out on the floor in this scenario.
