Description of the incident: Joined as a bald chief engineer, As I was looking around via ghost I noticed her setting free the phoron in sulaco atmospherics, and then set it on fire. Seemed to be attempting to spread the phoron spill by opening doors back to it repeatedly. Dragged a boddy around through the fire in a firesuit, before leaving it, and hopping in a wheelchair to go around the sulaco in doing nothing else. I tried ahelping as there were 3 staff online, but didn't get a response from the staff, and the griefer seemed to still be moving around in the wheelchair. I'm not sure whether it was dealt with or not.
Note: The aliens boarded shortly after, but the phoron was released before any notification that the aliens were aboard occurred.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): unfortantely, by this time the CE was already fucking off in a wheelchair.
How you would punish the accused: Ban, preferably.
