Description of the incident: Bigby started being generally shit to me for no reason like every round and started accusing me of stealing things. I was the XO and he was a MP. Sick of his shit behaviour i decided to ignore him but he kept on spewing his bullshit to CO (which is another total shitlord) and she ordered him to search me. I refused and start walking away, Bigby tried to cuff me but he got cuffed instead. I took him to security and cuffed him onto chair and asked what was wrong with him. Long story short, CO came and ordered my arrest (which I didnt resist and ahelped instead).

The interesting thing is Jdobbin49 decided to ignore my ahelp. He is probably metafriend with this Bigby guy because he sided with him without any information. I was told that the situation was solved IC and I had to RP it out. Meanwhile I have all my stuff taken, brigged and my round completly wasted for no reason. After I started calling out their meta shit, I got kicked by this Jdobbin49 because of dickish behavior and OOC in IC. After that he muted pm and ahelp. You can check the logs and see for yourself.

Alright.

First of, this was not a metagrudge.

I, the MP, heard that you had stolen shit from Cargo. I asked Commander if I should look into it. You then told me to mind my own business, which did not help your cause at all friend. I asked Commander if I should search you, even though you ran off the first time I asked near Cargo. She said Search with force if needed.

Found you in Briefing, asked calmly for your satchel, and you said no. I fired a taser at you, then you pulled out a taser. stunned me down, pulled out baton and beat me down with that (on help intent), cuffed me and brought me to Brig.

Commander worked through situation, decided you, first off, assaulted me, resisted lawful arrest, did not follow orders, and for some reason attempted to Mutiny?

I charged you with Theft insubordination and and assault, Thirty minutes while we worked out the final punishment. She wanted to execute you and I talked her down to a Perma-sentance, which was completely justified.

Another note, you were a HUGE power gamer this round. You had a full loudout of MP gear, a Service pistol with red dot and barrel charger, a full belt AND SATCHEL of 44 magnum speed loaders as well as officer armor in your bag. You also used OOC terms in IC, calling me meta-friending trash and a meta-grudger.

This was not a grudge, I don't give a fuck about you or anything you did in a previous round. I only encountered you once before IC that I remember and you where an absolute shitlord to your SL, refusing to follow even a hint of orders.

I do not see what I did wrong here. I charged you in a FAIR MANOR and I stopped you from being executed, even though you are, let's be fair, a power gaming toxic player that we could do better without.

Yeah some SL was saying that I took all the chargers (which I didnt) because we were out of chargers and he was just pissed about it. You acted like its a legit accusation and went all rambo on me because of metagrudge.

There are logs how shit you have been all round, why lie now? If its not metagrudge (which is bullshit) then that means you are a generally shit player all together. You are looking for excuses to fuck others rounds all the time, while covering your butt with your metafriends. You are always out of character, talking shit and cursing to those who outranks you and disobeying orders. This is not RP. This is just your excuse to mess with other peoples game.

For the record this is the note left for this situation by another staff member who had already investigated it.

As the XO was stealing supplies from security, Bigby 'Pyro' Farkas has suspissions and got permission to check him from the CO, resisted all efforts and started being a dick to a number of people (dickish behaviour rule) and called bigby a fucking metagrudging shit in IC, (OOC in IC) warned by ----- on Tue, December 22nd of 2015

So.. this is not looking good for you at all.

The entire round you where being an ass to bigby every time he asked you something you would say no or to mind his own business and even after the CO ordered your search the first reaction you have is to say no then shoot the shit out of him with a taser and beat him with a stunbuton.

Outranks? yes but as an MP he has all the authority he needs to question your orders especially when the CO authorizes your search.

As for the stealing part I can't find anything to suggest you stole but that does not void bigby from suspecting you where and trying to search you for it I mean it's only his job...

I have found nothing to suggest any meta grudging from bigby at all and everything he did was within reason/RP.

So as my final verdict here is that you are the player being an issue. So I am going to give this report 24 hours for you to post anything you have left to say before I resolve it.
