Description of the incident: Somebody released plasma on the Sulaco for no reason. No admins were on.

Can confirm, was in round, massive fire at round start by a player. Spread in briefing and cafe, essentially dooming marines.

Player was either Erwin Gruber, MT, or Heaven Smith, SL.

It was Erwin I shot him after he opened the plasma and tried to stop him from dropping the welder.

Ok i have done my investigation. I have found that Erwin Gruber is guilty of releasing the phoron.. The Ironic part is he threw a Incendiary grenade at someone who he thought was releasing it.... Sooooooo yea... Punishment i believe that would be job ban from all engineering as well as Squad engineer as they for some reason that bewilders me, have access to the engine room which holds the phoron. I also recommend a 24 hour ban for lutman (Erwin Gruber).
