What rule(s) were broken: Rule 8. No Metagaming

Description of the incident: Proceeded to escape from a nest, as the very second marine to be infected and nested and without having any prior knowledge of the facehugger-chestburster process, and let loose a pair of incendiary grenades upon themselves. It was not a checkerboard but it was an extremely small room, and they made no attempt to escape it -- not only that, they set fire to another marine as well, Tanya Stroud, killing her. The fire killed him later on.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunately, priming and dropping grenades do not produce logs for players, and I was a bit busy pulling Genette Sulyard out of the fire to take a screenshot. Since I was a boiler the "face melted" issue won't exactly pass, either. Gunso witnessed it, as did the Queen and Praetorian 449 during that round.

Due to large amounts of notes and history on breaking rules as well as meta tactics a note/warning will be issued for this. However due to the small nature of this issue no ban will be issued.
