Description of the incident: Kayto Shields was dragging around an extra power pack as specialist and even after being informed that such was not allowed via LOOC didnt care and kept dragging it around because no admins are on to enforce the rules.

This is a relatively new issue as our rules and RP guidelines have changed.

Ive had to warn numerous people over the last couple of days gor things like this. Seems that some admins/mods are more passive towards these things than others so where having trouble beating into people whats acceptable and isnt.

Continue telling players in-game and linking them to the rules bad RP guidelines. Repeat offenders will definetly be punished.

Ill put a note on his account and speak to him/her next time I see them in-game.
