Description of the incident: I spawned as special marine in the middle of round, geared up and went to cargo for a gun attachments. There was RO Kyle McMillan which I asked about charger dot and bipod. At first he denied to give everything claiming I cant have more then two and insulted verbally. I shown him my specID after what he dispensed me two wrong attachments and refused to give barrel charger. After I ask him about rule breaking he insulted me few more times. I asked about MP presence in cargo but suddenly alien attack began on Sulaco. While I tried to communicate with my squad Kyle exit cargo and stunned me two times with taser gun (which he shouldnt have at all) brought me in cargo, handcuffed and after few fail tries of escape I was dragged into far side of cargo and then to disposals room where he stripped me and tried to dump in disposals. He failed to do it but then he brought electropack (which he totally shoudnt have) applied it on me and tried to shoot with SADAR. I ran closer to him so he dropped it and tried to blow me up with 2 frag grenades. I evaded em but as well as tasergun fire but then he went to RO office, took SMG and shot me multiple times after what spaced dead my body.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): While I ahelped situation chat already refreshed with new strings so no logs or screens left. Few people made a log-files and alfo may confirm my words but I havent got any contacts with them so theres small possibility theyll read this thread and add logs. Still bet ahelp message and server logs will be enough.

I only saw the tail end of what happened but I can confirm RO Kyle had an electropak strapped to Jack and used it to shock him and then proceeded to kill him.

Just for future reference though, the RO holds thr right to not give you attachments. It isnt rule breaking if he denies you attachments its a RP issue.

I know, but the point that he did not denied to give it at all, but told that I cant handle three at once. So basicly if he wont start griefing it could be simple RP situation because he didnt knew yet I was spec thus may have more then two. But instead he start insulting me and giving totally wrong attachments and thats not how RO job should be done even in RP conditions.

This report seems a little out of date since feweh said he was going to handle it about 2 months ago. I would recommend locking the report and haveing it reposted if it's still an issue.
