What rule(s) were broken: 2 (English Only) & 6 (No Griefing).

Description of the incident: Erik first started shooting at Roger Henry for no known reason in the hangar, breaking one of his bones. Roger shot back, but then got dragged away by a medic. Erik also spoke in another language at this time. Erik then began to roam the station, running into an MP (Michael 'Messiah' King), shooting him and killing him before he could call for help and before any attempt to talk to him was made. Afterwards, he barged into medical and was told to leave, following a doctor, Nathan Cutter, into the OR and shooting him with a magnum. Cutter then injected him with anesthetic and tried to take him to the MPs who were unable to come help due to being dead (I believe). Erik was then locked in a locker so he wouldn't be able to continue his antics. His reasoning for this is in the last gyazo picture in the evidence tag. No admins/mods were on at this time.

In short, Erik griefed about three people for no good reason.

How you would punish the accused: Perma for blatant grief or a ban, at least.

I captured him again, after he escaped, then, using the commander's ID, brought him to the brig. this is what he said when I cuffed and straightjacked him,

Then I gave him a muzzle, and locked him in the Mental Ward area of the brig, y'know, the one with the door that you can bolt, and the blast door?

EDIT: Also I suffered from a lot of brain damage, because, you guessed it, I got shot in the head! I had to go play with my guild on Archeage, so I logged off.
