Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): Between 10-11 AM.
What rule(s) were broken: Marine Rule #9: Doctors may stay on the Sulaco or go to a secured FOB on the planet with the CMO's permission only. (As in, direct verbal confirmation from the CMO, if they are unaware you are off the Sulaco, expect a job-ban)
Description of the incident: Thanks to a snafu with Medbay APC not charging, the doctor was trapped in Chemistry, instead of waiting for the CE or MT to fix it, he went planetside with the first wave of marines without telling anyone or getting approval. There was no CMO, but there was a CO and XO who didn't approve him going planetside. Thanks to that, the Researcher got shot by a marine and bled to death without anyone to do surgery.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Numerous people have witnessed the doctor leaving the Sulaco and here I am with the dead Researcher.

From a BO? I am going to just lock this. You went down as a civilian. If anything he should have sent down marines or a MP to recover him. Allow me to just put this right here and leave it as be.
If you are given an order that violates ANY server rule, tell whoever gave you the order you can NOT follow it. If you break a rule "the commander ordered me too" is NOT a way to avoid punishment.
