Description of the incident: Several players joined, immediately rushing certain areas. Tyrone Jones went to the RO office and immediately killed and decapitated him. Byron Kellogg joined as the CE and immediately went to engineering, put all pumps to min settings, then locked down engineering blast doors and began endlessly firing the emitter on the SM. This resulted in the core rather suddenly exploding. The doctor, Daniel Zadovsky proclaimed Daniel Zadovsky (follow) says, "Seff this I'm meta gaming, there's no admin" and began stabbing people randomly with a scalpel, then a circular saw.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): https://gyazo.com/8950e1a305c086f628fc6073770026e4 for the doctor stuff, the CE gave no visual logs since it was all CE access buttons, and I didn't personally witness Tyrone Jones, only his arrest and the reports of witnesses.
