What rule(s) were broken: Bad roleplaying as Commander.

Description of the incident: Well. The commander failed in roleplaying standards (Heavy Roleplay) and committed suicide. A few reports on Dead chat says that he suicided to play as Xeno, Unsure then. For a good 15 minutes we were without command personnel. and when i finally realised, we were compromised already and murdered by xenos. and there was no Bridge officers and the XO gone to cryosleep.

Looking through the logs gives us minimal context for actions within the round, and I can't actually see whether or not they committed suicide, ghosted, or whatnot.

HOWEVER. They seem to have been giving orders and attempting to manage troops throughout the round.

They didn't leave at roundstart either, and there was a significant period of time (including login/logouts) between them leaving as commander and coming back as xeno.

No punishment will be applied in this case.
