Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): Around 3:30 AM central time on 3/17/2016

What rule(s) were broken: Rule 6 and, I suppose, Rule 1.

Description of the incident: As RO, they hopped into a Powerloader and proceeded to squeeze their CT, John Balmer, and a pajamarine, Raul McFall, until they died. When engineer Damian Cordite went in to do CPR on them, Luna came at them in a powerloader. Cordite shot the Powerloader until it exploded and then proceeded to shoot Luna to death. Luna's only message in dchat was that they "thought they were helping", despite the fact that they waited around 20-30 seconds between seeing Balmer gasping to actually finish him off.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunately I didn't actually get any screenshots of Luna directly accessing the Powerloader. Here's one of the Powerloader squeezing Balmer to death:

And here's the closest thing I have to proving Luna was in fact in the Ripley; her coming out as Cordite finished off the Powerloader to thereafter be shot.

How you would punish the accused: Considering that it's the first thing they did, and that they obviously lied about wanting to help (coming after Cordite when he tried to do CPR), I'd say they only came here to grief. That should probably earn a permaban, as they're not productive at all and just come to ruin the round for other players.
