Description of the incident: So, after dyng and my corpse being dragged away from the fences next to LZ1, i PM the mods/admins about that, that i consider metagaming, if you do not consider that metagaming, i dont care, really, so, after that, i had a long conversation with the moderator "Feweh" of we tryng to reason if it isn't or it's metagaming, and then, without even closing the conversation or warning me of anything, he simply kicks me for "Pissing him off" apparently, and, i didn't just "screamed" at his face with PMs, no, i did my best to remain "professional".

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunelly i couldn't get anything since he kicked me

I'll repeat what I said before. This complaint is invalid. You were harassing Feweh the entire time about supposed 'metagaming' about a xenomorph dragging your corpse away from LZ 1 even though this was stricken from the rules. You got increasingly more and more agitated and more accusatory towards both Feweh and the staff in general as Feweh continued to tell you no rules had been violated.

Not really sure why you made a second one other than this one having 'more' information. I'll repeat what I said before. This complaint is invalid. That back one was an accident, and again, should be ignored, also, in this one (the actual complaint), i am complaining about the sudden kick he gave me, without any warnings

Anyways, I'm ok with this.

After a Investigator looks into this I'd like to propose a -counter-ban- for a false report. We've discussed enough about players creating false reports against staff because they're "upset" or "salty". This is a prime-example of just that.

Removed "Do not eat dead bodies" rule for Xenos.

Like i said, this is about the sudden kick, without a warning, you should've at least said, "Enough, or i will have to do something about you" or something like that, really, you could've even muted me from the PMs

Yeah no. This complaint is compleatly reddundent and seems more like your just mad that you where wrong rather then anything to do with how feweh "handled" the situation.

You made an ahelp complaining that a hunter took your body and a mentor responded that it was allowed.

The mentor then asked feweh to assist him with it since you where argueing back and feweh promtly informed you of the same to which you argued back yet again and feweh then explained in detail why it was allowed.

At which point feweh began getting annoyed (understandably) at you for your constant ignorence of his explanations (At this stage he explained it three times to you) and constant argueing back saying hes wrong.

So, could he have handled it better? sure! Does this warrent a staff complaint? God no. You were acting aggressive and ignoreing everything he was telling you constantly argueing back saying he's wrong. You decided to ignore multiple explanations from staff members and become aggressive towards them becuase they where telling you otherwise which is not acceptable. In all honesty you are lucky that you only got a kick becuase if I was was there you would have gotten a ban.

I vote this complaint completely void.

After reading threw what Allan posted I have to agree with him 100% this report is just a waist of time and I to would have issued a ban as I don't care for those that disrespect the staff. I have a 0 tolerance for it

This is pretty much a case of "contempt of court". He had a good case and good evidence, but his inability to share information without toxicity and speaking where directed made his case invalid.
