What rule(s) were broken: Didn't give me the final word in my execution and decided to break my rib cage at the beginning of the round when he was "commander"

Description of the incident: The round started with me being a smart ass on the coms because the commanders name was rusty. I told him he needed some oil and called him crustry. Before dust off, he decided to go into the ship, fractured my chest with a harm baton, then sent the ship off before I had a chance to leave. I was in critical condition and if it wasn't for the help of another played, I'd have died. When we got back because the ship returned, I of course was given the opportunity to choose the commander and took it. If I didn't, I'd never get a chance to do anything about getting my ribs broken because he wouldn't have justice delivered. There were no admins online. This is why from now on when I'm going to kill someone, if I get revived, I'm going to kill them again. After I killed the commander, some random guy started protecting the commander because he only knows whats in front of him. The commander and I get cloned then the commander decides to have me executed. The commander refused to give me a final word before my execution. I have the logs.

Is that what you mean by choose? If so, that wasn't very clear to me at all.

This is RP escalated. Getting slapped one time doesn't justify murder. However, you two seemed to want to go at each other. The Commander being the Commander has every privilege to have you executed for attempting to assassinate him.

Regardless of the fact that he broke your rib you did not have proper escalation to kill him. You could have called and MP, BO, SL, RO or even the CE to handle it for you if you truely thought he was over steping his bounds (which he was) But you didn't. Instead you decided to go ahead and kill him yourself then promtly declare on the player report that if someone attacks you and you are cloned that you will meta-kill them afterwords which is not acceptble.

The type of RP you are trying to push with insta killing anyone who hurts you or meta-killing anyone who kills you is not acceptble or wanted here. The commander will be questioned when I get around to it as to why he beat you but im not going to take any other action against him for this unless I find he did it becuase #yolo.
