Description of the incident: The RO killed every marine that said something about "riot" My character said "RIOT!!" The RO was killed and cloned , he took a tazer armor and a machete and left killing everyone who spoke or was in the room at the time, he threw me the tazer and cut my head off with the machete , so that other marine saw and killed him, he said I killed someone with A SMARTGUN and I started a revolt, AND HE SAID HE GOT THE LOG AND "You will be ban because you killed a marine" ( in using specialist smartgun)

How you would punish the accused:So I want to speak to him not to and he who sends out the things like killing everyone for a simple reason
