Description of the incident: I was standing at the RO asking if he had any Reinforced Glass and when he was ordering me Plasteel, Jason Diodotus walks up and asks if we want to see a Magic Trick, I ignored him and continued waiting when he put a gun into his mouth and then took it out, afterwards, he walks up next to me, and Harm Batons me in the head twice putting me in near crit.

How you would punish the accused: An stern warning on to read the rules, especially the part where when a Survivor is saved, all the Marine Specific Rules apply to them. Also, how to properly rp and not go around using lethal force on random people which can be considered griefing.

Harm Baton is a term used when someone with the harm intent strikes you with a stun baton.

"Rebecca Lillith has been prodded in the head with the stunbaton by Jason Diodotus."

"Prodded" is the key word in that it was not the harm intent and you were in fact in little to no danger.
It's akin to being tazed not beaten to death.

Therefore lethal force was not used.

Still the Rp was bad regardless and would probably consider a talking to.

Edit: While this is not strictly within the rules, I believed a clear understanding of the situation needed to be explained to remove any misunderstanding before any discussion took place.
