Poorly treated survivors during his round as a CO, refused to allow me back on the planet/give me an ID.

How you would punish the accused:
Explain to him that as a survivor, rotting on the sulaco for the next 40 minutes instead of doing ANYTHING is stupid. there is literally 0 bonus
to handing yourself in to the marines, since 10x the entertainment can be had staying on teh planet or going PTSD-mode and murdering them.

my speargun .357 and 12mm ammo was totally taken from you eh
you gotta admit you did some pretty shitty stuff to me (promising me my guns back and issuing them to marines/they absolutely dissapeared from the closet)
i suppose this is more of a problem with the rules about how survivors literally get the shittiest job ever, and that "civillian" should not exist because being bound to the sulaco is boring as hell.

You can simply help by having a contact with marines?.. You don't have to head up to Sulaco all times, there's different options you can take.
