Stuck in Perma without radio or charges

MP - You are bound by Marine Law. Violating Marine Law, (or the procedures) will result in a job-ban.

Description of the incident:
I'll be completely honest with the events. I spawned as a survivor, rescued by Sulaco along with another survivor and went to the bridge to talk to the officers. I had a MAR40 and 2 grenades on me. So while we were talking my fellow survivor claims that he was a WY researcher and I RP that I lost my wife in the incident down below and point my gun at the other survivor. At this point the CO orders my guns. Okay thats fine. I resist and threaten to use my grenade and I get axed to the face. Okay time to throw the grenade then. I made sure when I threw the grenade that it would not harm anyone because my intention was to harm the machines, this could be considered a crime sure but I don't think it is worthy of permabrig. Afterwards MPs come, what seems like harm baton to me, then arrests me. Okay all cool so far from an RP perspective.

Now this is the part that I dislike. I get put in perma, without a radio to which the MP confirms he won't give me a radio which proves he hasn't read the Marine Law book. I'm not a Marine so I don't get a radio? Really uncool but okay. Afterwards I speak with the Commander and ask him what my charges are. He tells me there are no charges, wtf? I try to RP it out, I ask to speak to the CL, to have him send WY a fax to USCM complaints and WY to get me out of permabrig but the last admin goes offline. I'm basically stuck in permabrig for the rest of the game because no admins were online to do anything. Very unfortunate so now I'm pissed off at the MP who at least didn't get me a radio. I spent most of the time in permabrig without a radio, reading game of thrones spoilers on the wiki.

I read somewhere that survivors can act hostile to a certain extent. I understand that destroying equipment is pushing it a bit but I know the equipment was repaired shortly after.

Someone had said this in OOC. The CL had orders from WY to execute me and I would've been cool with that if it had happened however the CO and the MP failed to process me properly and left me in perma for the majority of the game which was disappointing.
