Rules that are applied after survivors are rescued. A incident of handing over guns became completely lethal leading to the death of a CO and several commands wounded.
Description of the incident:
The CO was trying to get the weapons away from the survivors because it was a military ship and we had two unknowns on the ship with guns.

I, as the CL, was trying to get information about what happened in the colony.

When we tried to pressure them, they went full force and attacked with lethals.

Command was basically wounded and crippled from this plus one poor liason who never got his information.

How you would punish the accused:
Ban until they read the rules properly and appeal.

I can confirm this happened as I was a BO this round.They were very hostile so we brought 2 marines in because they threatened the CO's life.One of the marines asked for a gun out of the locker because they forgot there's and then the survivours opened fire killing me,the CO and cirtting both marines because they have better guns.

we only attacked back when the CO called in two marines who wielded rifles after we refused to hand over our guns, he then opened the mp lockers and got out a taser. it was only a matter of time untill one of us opened fire, i whispered to the other survivor to pick up a gun and we opened fire.

that is not the case at all.One even forgot his rifle and we got armor from the lockers because we knew you would try kill us.

all I am gonna say is, as Andrew,
1. the fact that we were both Mitchells is a coincidence.
2. Clark was being kind of shitty earlier, such as saying "I need to get a new mouse" ic or something along those lines.
3.the CO had brought in 2 marines (Not MPs) into the bridge around that time
4.the CO also started opening up the lockers with tasers and stuff nearby
5.Clark started firing, not me, and I only started shooting after fire began to be exchanged. after I was downed in the fight, my last words were calling clark stupid or something like that. I don't really remember.

In the rules, it says once survivors are rescued they must follow marine rules and cannot self antag anymore and Command would've never executed survivors because that is against marine law. Even for RP reasons its pretty shitty to open fire on all of the command staff that commands the ship and the marines that just saved your ass just because you don't want to give them your shitty manufacturered Russian guns.

That being said, I did a similar thing a couple days ago where I let a grenade off on the bridge. Didn't harm anyone but it was still against the rules.

I don't think anyone was extremely in the wrong in this situation, in fact clark was probably the worst, but I also don't think anybody in this situation handled it well.

At the same time, I didn't even have a weapon out. My pistol was still in my belt the entire time and you flamed just me basically. I think you should really read the rules. You went down the slippery slope way too fast.

ill admit, i handled it the worst, but the co calling in marines with rifles didn't make anything better, i have read the rules and wouldn't have opened fire if the bridge didn't start arming up for war against us

You may not mercy kill players without their permission, even if infected.
You may not go antag/hostile against marines once rescued and on Sulaco.
And improper escalation of force.
